Self-Motivation
STEP1: IDENTIFY YOUR GOALS
• Explore your Strengths, weaknesses and identify your goals which will
help you utilize your strengths
• This is the process of self-discovery
• Your likes, dis-likes, hobbies, your thoughts play important role in
determining the same
STEP2: ALIGN YOUR ENERGY IN THE
DIRECTION
• Once you identify the goals, it is important to align your efforts and
energy in the direction of achieving your goals.
• This could mean taking time-off from your busy schedules or planning
to spend more time on it
STEP3: PERSISTENCE PAYS-OFF
• It is really important to NOT GIVE UP as it is natural that you will face
obstacles or motivation issues
• The most important thing is CONSISTENCY
STEP4: REWARD YOUSELF ON ACHIEVING
GOALS
• You need to reward yourself once you achieve your goals.
• Take break ..relish and if possible pen down your experiences of
achieving it
• Recording the learnings will help repeat the same for the next goals
