system to facilitate electronic data capture and submission of SJP new business application.
Roles and Responsibilities:
− Thoroughly studied the inherent systems to have a clear understanding of the business processes
and associated system workflow.
− Conducted Gap analysis to understand new business model and additional functionalities to be
incorporated into the new application.

Mutual War Risk Association Limited (HWR) are two such clubs providing cover to ships against war
and war related perils. BLUR War Risk Application is a single core underwriting and claims application
being developed by Polaris for the UKWR and HWR.
Roles and Responsibilities:
− Played a key role of Insurance Domain Expert, which resulted in awarding the business to Polaris
during pre sales
− Visited the client’s office at London and did a one month detailed study of the client’s
requirement, made an analysis documents specifying the defects in the existing system used by
the client and the ways of overcoming the crisis situation with the available existing infrastructure
(Along with solution providers team)
− Prepared requirement definition document and provided end to end support to the team/client
