This document outlines an agenda for an in-house training at Seattle Girls' School on supporting gender diversity. The agenda includes stories of children's experiences, defining gender-related vocabulary, unpacking concepts of gender, discussing cisgender privilege, and using an open space discussion format. Participants discuss how the school can better support students whose gender identity may not fit into binary categories and reflect on how to make the school more gender inclusive. Next steps identified are further professional development, auditing school policies and practices, and identifying inclusion goals in accreditation.
