Sdr. Omme Sports Academy in Denmark aims to motivate and rehabilitate prisoners through exercise and diet. The founder, Pia Kjelgaard, has extensive experience as a sports instructor for prisons. The target group includes drug users, prisoners with ADHD or diabetes. Results show urine samples with no drugs after 8 weeks, weight loss, and reduced medication needs for some prisoners. Acupuncture using specific points is also used as a rehabilitation tool.
