This document is a script for a short film depicting a home invasion and kidnapping. It begins with exterior shots of an isolated house at night. Inside, a teenage girl named Alice is home alone. Loud bangs are heard and intruders break in, violently attacking Alice and dragging her unconscious body outside to a waiting car. They drive her to an abandoned train station, where she awakens alone and terrified, tied to a chair. As Alice screams for help, one of the intruders appears, masked and holding a blade.

EXT. EMPTY STREET, NIGHT.
Empty Street, camera edges slowly towards isolated house (lights on from inside living room)
no car is on the drive way, it is a cold winter’s night.
INT. HALL WAY
Shot switches to hand held camera as scene changes to inside the hall way of the house, the
camera moves slowly towards the only lit door way and stands in the door frame showing a
young girl, called Bella sat at the sofa.
INT. LIVING ROOM
The television is on and she is in pyjamas. There are two sofas and Alice is sat comfortably
on a blue three seater.
From the back of the house a loud bang and the sound of glass breaking is heard, the camera
focuses on the teenagers face to show fear and panic.
INTRUDERS:
(Lots of shouting and throwing things about make lots of intimidating noises; run down the
hall way and into the living room where the young girl is situated.) The intruders are wearing
dark clothes and masks over their faces.
INT. HALL WAY
ALICE:
(Screams but is violently attacked and smothered with one of the intruders hand to stop her
screaming.)They all grab her and drag her viciously through the hall way; intruder number 1
pulls Alice by her hair, the second intruder punches her so that Alice is knocked out and the
carry her limp body through the house.
EXT. FRONT OF THE HOUSE
Outside the back of the house is an average family garden, well kept, table and chairs situated
on the patio to the right of the back door. The intruders carry Alice’s lifeless body out the
back door and carry her round the front, where a third person is waiting with a little black car,
with the boot open. In the boot is rope, duct tape, knife and other weaponry. Intruder number
3 grabs the duct tape and 1 and 2 place Alice’s body in the boot. Intruder number one duct
tapes her mouth and hands together. All three get in the car and the car drives away off down
the road with Alice in the boot.
EXT. COUNTRY ROAD

Car is filmed driving along an old road in the middle of the countryside, still very cold and
dark. The car lights disappear into the darkness.
EXT. DERELICT TRAIN STATION
The derelict train station is very old and run down, there are chains on gates and it obviously
hasn’t been used in a very long time.
The car pulls up and out get all three of the intruders; they open the boot Alice, still out cold,
is shown inside. The carry her body through into the old train station and tie her flaccid body
to a chair. The screen turns black.
Still at the train station, a few hours have passed. It is the early hours of the morning as it is
gradually getting lighter. Camera focuses closely on Alice’s face as she slowly wakes up, and
intruder 2 is ready and waiting and with one blow, knocks her out cold again. The screen
turns black.
EXT. DERELICT TRAIN STATION
Alice wakes up again, but this time she is alone, the camera zooms out to show Alice tied to
the chair in the middle of the train station to emphasise how vulnerable and isolated she is.
She is still in her pyjamas; her hair is messy, face bloody and dirty. She is shivering.
ALICE:
(With sudden realisation of where she is) screams as loud as she can and the echo of her
scream is the only noise that can be heard. Fade out: Help! Help me, somebody please!
The screen fades back in to a wide shot. From around the corner a mysterious figure appears
wearing a mask (intruder 2) and holding a blade. The screen turns black. The end.
