1) The document introduces Armani, a depressed teenage girl with a traumatic childhood who is being abused by her mother and her mother's boyfriend. She is struggling in school and having difficulties with her boyfriend. 2) During school, Armani receives insulting texts from her partner and mother that cause her to get upset. Her poor grades are also pointed out by her teacher. 3) That night, the emotional abuse leads Armani to self harm by cutting herself. She then pretends to sleep as her mother's boyfriend checks on her and insults her further.

1.EXT.ROOM.NIGHT
A brown haired, young girl with bright blue eyes places
herself in a dull room. She is a depressed teen with a never
ending traumatic and chaotic life. She is wearing all black
reflecting her self esteem and mood. She has a very toxic
relationship with her family and is facing difficulties with
her boyfriend. ARMANI had a traumatic childhood and was
abused by her mother and father, her father left at a very
young age and she was trapped with her mother and her
controlling boyfriend.
Armani is sat in the dark, sulking in a small room. There is
a tiny bit of light peeking through from the door, it's
shining directly onto the character so you are only able to
see a small part of the characters face. She looks down to
her phone and you see a tear drop onto the phone screen. A
couple of moments goes by and the phone lights up with a text
message from the characters mother. The message is the mother
arguing with the character and degrading them.
2.INT.CORRIDOR.DAY
Armani is walking along the corridor at their college and
they get a message from their partner. This is a message that
is insulting her in many ways. An argument does progress from
this, the Armani's phone starts buzzing in their pocket so
they reach to get it and it is their partner. She answers the
phone and it shows a very aggressive and argumentative scene.
She is now standing at the balcony at the end of the
corridor.
ARMANI
Why do you have to start an argument
with me over everything, when you know
what I'm going through!
3.INT.CLASSROOM.DAY
She walks into her classroom to see it is full. Her classroom
is full of students sat at computers. It has a dull coloured
carpet with tacky posters all over the walls. She sits at her
chair and turns on the computer. She logs into her computer
and loads up a page that contains grades from college. THE
LECTURER- MR WILSON walks by the students and stops at Armani
chair. MR Wilson glances at the computer screen and lets out
a sarcastic comment.
MR WILSON is a broad, bald man with a trimmed beard, he is
5"9 and dressed in casual clothing of work attire.

Some of you will get very far by the
looks of your grades, others.. Well.
Armani knew this was aimed at her grades and puts her head
down into her hands that are balanced on the desk. Her phone
pings when the class is silent and she gets a piercing glare
from Mr Wilson. He continues o stare until she places her
phone in her bag and puts it on silent. She looks over her
shoulder to see a group of students whispering and giggling
over her being the teachers target.
4. INT.COLLEGE STUDIO. DAY
Armani and her class mates are doing some photography work in
the college studio. These class mates are the same ones who
sniggered at her grades. Her so called friends are in the
corner of the room taking part in the work meanwhile Armani
is sitting alone at a table on her phone. She is reading a
text message from her mother. This is an abusive text message
stating how useless Armani is.
Armani's eye begin to well up and she exits the room on the
verge of crying. After she exits her class mates watch the
door close, leaving one boy called CARSON questioning what
just happened. CARSON is a tall blonde boy who is wearing a
college lanyard with a hoodie and jeans. He has a very work
orientated personality and does not like to waste time.
CARSON
Whats her deal, if she's not going to
do the work then she cant blame us for
failing.
Her class mates just shrug off her exit and continue to
complete the class work that was set by Mr Wilson.
5. INT.BEDROOM. DAY
Armani is emotionless and numb. She sits up in her bed and
looks over to her wash bag containing razors. She gets up and
walks over to her mirror wearing shorts and a baggy hoodie.
She looks down at her leg with previous scarring. She looks
back up into her own eyes. In a rage she grabs her razor and
snaps the blades out of it. Without thinking about the pain
she caused herself from before she grabs the razor blades and
begins cutting her arm and leg. She has a numb look to her
face as she slices across her thigh.
She hears her door creak and rolls over to go to pretend to
be asleep as if nothing happened and stares into thin air. It

was her mothers controlling boyfriend looking for something
to complain about. He sniggers to himself and throws a bottle
of water on her bed to test if she is awake or not. Armani
ignores it and still pretends to be asleep. Her soon to be
stepdad is named MICHEAL. He is a tall man that has shaved
brown hair and broad shoulders.
MICHEAL
Ha pathetic.
He whispers abusive comments under his breath and walks out
slamming the door. Armani takes a deep breath and tries to
sleep.
6. INT.COLLEGE. DAY
MR Wilson is getting ready to start off his usual lesson and
Armani walks in late with a bit of a limp from the events
taken the night before. Carson and the group of classmates
laugh and make jokes as she walks in.
CARSON
HAHAHA oi peg leg over there, what
grade did you get?
Armani just ignores the comments and logs into her computer.
Sniggering continues throughout the
class
MR WILSON
Whose phone is that?
Armani looks down at her desk and sees her phone buzzing and
it's her mother calling her. Armani declines the call and
pretends nothing happens.
MR WILSON
Surprise surprise. Can we make sure
phones are off please guys.
7. EXT. BRIDGE. DAY
Armani looks through her phone to see a screen full of
notifications. She scrolls through messages of people and
looks over the edge of the bridge to the on coming traffic.
She takes a deep breath and wonders if its something she
should commit too.
Carson and his friends walk across the bridge barging her to
the edge laughing and then continue to walk past. They all

laugh but Armani takes it as her last straw.
CARSON
If you're going to do it make it
quick, Absolute wimp.
She waits patiently until they go and begins to type messages
back to her mother, her boyfriend and her sister. She sends
them messages as a tear drops onto her phone. She places her
phone down onto the ground beside her. she takes a deep
breath with makeup running down her face and takes a step
back until she sees students coming along the bridge and she
races to her phones and leaves.
8.INT. DARK ROOM. DAY
Armani rakes through her bag and finds a box of pills. she
figures that the only way out of her trauma is to take them
all. She looks into thin air and her eyes are glazed with
tears, she takes a deep breath and lifts the pills towards
her mouth. She takes a big gulp of the closest liquid she
could find she lay down and got comfortable for her rest that
was destined for forever.
