why is maintaining your health so important?
(pause)
There is so many factors and reasons for why maintaining your
health is so important, throughout this video we hope to
explain to you these factors and how improving your health can
change your life for the better.
INT. Fade Out, while there are montages of food appearing on
the table one by one.
Adam
Hey, welcome to tea time with me, Adam El-Gharbaoui. So today
we will be testing out these different foods along with
talking about the ingredients that make up these delicious
fatty foods. Well let's not waste any time and begin.Today we
have for you an oreo krushem and lunch box from kfc, a big mac
from mcdonalds, a chicken tandoori pizza, and a 6 inch blt
sub. Now, what's common amongst these foods? Yeah sure, they
are delicious however, they are all extremely high calorie
based food that can affect your body if you don't look after
yourself. Oh my okay, where do I start?
Each product you see before you is what we describe as fast
food, this is due to amount of people not eating properly
throughout the day, for example, missing breakfast. This leads
to your body wanting food intake fast, which is why the term,
fast food. Fast food chains know this which is why food is
ready to be served within minutes, drawing people in. This is
not good for your body due to the amount of sugar, salt, fats
and oils these foods normally contain.
Other examples of foods which you may not know of which
include high calorie substances.
You're body needs to be treated like a temple, which most
people do know, however they do not realise that the body is
the most fragile temple there is and has to really be taken
care of. So a constant input of bad foods and really affect
your health and also your mental and physical well being such
as your lung capacity, oxygen intake and heart rate alongside
many other factors, which can lead to more serious health
issues. You're mental stability is a key affectant from your
bodies health, which can lead to depression, stress and many
of issues.
(Rubs hands together while staring at the food individually)
This malteser krushem contains wheat flour- Dr. Davis says
that no matter what type of wheat, be it organic, stone-
ground, sprouted grain, or home-baked, it's still wheat, a
combination of compounds that trigger high blood sugar,
visceral fat, unhealthy cholesterol particles in the blood,
and inflammation—all bad news for your heart. Along with this
it is filled with sugar as well containing 315 calories. A 30
minute physical activity of roller skating or even ice skating
will accurately burn these 315 calories.
This lunch box contains 2 fried hot wings, 1 fried chicken
strip, a soft battered fried thigh piece, fries and a tub of
gravy. The whole meal alone is just 930 calories however,
adding the gravy gives a total of 1,050 calories in total.
That is a lot of calories but also remember the fact that even
eating all this alone won’t fill a regular person with a big
appetite. The truth is, people line up at KFC for the taste,
something they crave instantly after leaving work or school,
not thinking about what will fill them up and what's good for
them. At this destination spot for fried chicken, very few
natural ingredients – three of 29 to be exact – go into the
process of seasoning and battering. Moreover, the chicken is
raised with the benefit of both antibiotics and growth
hormones. An obvious concern is the fat content, which
pervades KFC’s menu. Although a fried chicken thigh may only
have 290 calories, a full 189 of these come from fat. A
grilled chicken thigh doesn’t fare much better, deriving 90 of
its 170 calories from unhealthy fats. You must remember, these
fats will be stored in your body and may even boost your
cholesterol levels.
This is a big mac which is a hamburger that consists of two
all-beef patties, one slice of American cheese, Big Mac sauce,
lettuce, pickles, onions and a three-part sesame seed bun. The
burger alone is a horrifying 563 calories. If I was to buy
this as a meal which included fries and a regular sugar filled
drink, I would’ve consume a total of 1,120 calories without
the onions as I don’t like them. This is cause my mouth smells
after and I have a girlfriend now hahahaha. Like i said
before, these fast food meals aren’t usually fulfilling and
after an hour or so you would probably feel hungry again
consuming more calories.
Pizza is a yeasted flatbread typically topped with tomato
sauce or you can now even get a nice bbq base sauce and cheese
and baked in an oven. You can choose from a variety of
toppings from meats to vegetables. But remember, just by
adding vegetables to your pizza, it doesn’t make you healthy
so don’t play yourself. As delicious as it seems, on average,
a slice of pizza weighing a 108 grams can consist of 200-315
calories depending on toppings as well as if you get a cheese
crust filled pizza. One whole pizza weighing at about 865
grams can lead you to a massive 2,222 calories and that’s just
a normal margarita. Cheese can be an important part of many
meals and diet plans. Cheese provides significant amounts of
complete proteins, or all of the nine essential amino acids
that you need for good health. However, too much cheese can
also contribute large amounts of fat and cholesterol to your
diet. Too much fat or cholesterol can cause you to gain
weight, develop heart disease and develop certain cancers.
Now to help get rid of your addiction to junk food to live a
healthier lifestyle, change it! Aim to make a lifestyle change
around your food addiction and don't just adopt a diet. Write
up a food plan that does not include fast food or junk food.
Make sure you plan for appropriate portion sizes and snacks so
you do not become too hungry at any point during the day. You
can also purchase lunch boxes and fill them with healthy, home
cooked meals. This is a great way to avoid a stop at a fast
food place. Keep healthy by carrying convenient snacks such as
portioned nuts or fruit in your purse, briefcase or car. Make
sure to eat throughout the day and never skip meals. So start
today, go to your kitchen and throw away all your junk food.

interview people regarding on the health and fitness topic.

Excuse me madam/sir, Are you from the borough of redbridge?
(If yes)
Would you be interested in answering a couple of questions?
We are Keys King productions and we are producing a health
related video for the borough of redbridge.
The questions we will be asking will be related to health,
fitness and food are you still okay taking part in this
interview?
(If yes)
Fantastic, how often do you go out for lunch, breakfast and
dinner?
Out of all these times how many of these times would you say
you were treating yourself for example, eating high calorie
foods, like fast food or dessert? Or would you say that you
don’t follow a regime (diet plan) at all?
Now how regularly do you eat from a fast food chain restaurant
down the high street?
Which fast food restaurant would you say you prefer?
How much would you say you spend during that time frame?

What if I told you, you can save a lot of money on your lunch yet
enjoy it as it is low calorie based, healthy and fulfilling. For
instance a Pret a Manger lunch of a chicken and avocado sandwich
(£3.25) with a bottle of pomegranate and hibiscus still water
(£1.65) and a slice of banana cake (£1.60) comes up to £6.50, which
when multiplied by five (assuming you work Monday to Friday) will
cost you a whopping £32.50 a working week. However,supermarkets like
Tesco is a great option. This is because there are a number of
healthy combinations within these supermarkets which give you £3
sandwich meal deals which means you get a choice of any sandwich or
salad, snack and drink for £3.
How do you feel after you consume these foods?
state a fact about the consumer on the good they are eating,
if good praise (unlikely) if bad tell them the calories intake
they are consuming and any other factor which can lead to
serious damage to the body e.g. diabetes, stroke, heart
failure etc.

for someone struggling?)

Mustafa seen in bed waking up tired, restless annoyed about
getting up
Checks phone, realises he is late
Then seen running through kitchen trying to put tie on whilst
trying to decide on what to eat
Decides not to go healthy by eating fruit and instead leaves
without eating
(SCENE 2)Time passes scene walks into M'cdonalds
Is then seen sitting on a table tucking into a really
unhealthy breakfast(really enjoying it)
(SCENE 3)Is then woke up in class by a teacher slapping the
table (as he has fallen asleep during class)
Bell then rings he leaves the room
Is next scene seen sitting on table by himself (eating all bad
food)
Looking around seeing everyone laughing chatting he huffs( he
is very down, heading down the road towards depression)
(SCENE 4)He is then seen lighting a cigarette outside (Eating
unhealthy food also) of school reading comments of his photos,
the work emails piling up, and the constant messages from
family members with things he has to do.(camera zooms out of
phone, then showing his face.( he is now starting to feel
ultimately low)
(SCENE 5)He is then seen at home head in hands struggling with
what to do, he then throws everything of the counter, place
his head on the counter seeming distressed, he slaps the table
then goes straight up stairs gets changed and heads straight
out as he plans to get to a fitness ground to train,( needs
motivational life changing music love yourself by eminem
curtain call)
(SCENE 6)He prepares and then goes to a training ground, he
enters with insecurity unsure of what he is doing, as he does
not know the place he is in, however the music changes his
feelings as he gets motivated to work hard and change his
life, he gets to track gets ready and starts running, he is
also is seen doing circuits and and working out in the gym.
Month later
Shows the after affect
(SCENE 7)Same morning scene but beds already made rooms clean
Hes up already dressed eaten and ready to go, he leaves with a
smile ( as he feels light and happy for what he has worked on
has paid off)
(SCENE 8)He is then seen in school motivated working hard
impressing his teachers
And then also in the common chatting and enjoying himself with
friends, where he then notices someone sitting alone eating
bad looking down, knowing the feeling he makes a difference
and helps the friend out changing his life
(SCENE 9)The camera then becomes his eyes as he walks through
the door, a light (from the sun changes the scene from the
school to the weights room where he then breaks the 4th wall
barrier as mustafa is now holding the camera giving a
motivational quote and as he is now giving a documentary about
his life to help others.

  • 2. INT. (Pictures of food, fatty foods, health, fitness, good food and people) Narration: Alex Health (pause) why is maintaining your health so important? (pause) There is so many factors and reasons for why maintaining your health is so important, throughout this video we hope to explain to you these factors and how improving your health can change your life for the better. INT. Fade Out, while there are montages of food appearing on the table one by one. Adam Hey, welcome to tea time with me, Adam El-Gharbaoui. So today we will be testing out these different foods along with talking about the ingredients that make up these delicious fatty foods. Well let's not waste any time and begin.Today we have for you an oreo krushem and lunch box from kfc, a big mac from mcdonalds, a chicken tandoori pizza, and a 6 inch blt sub. Now, what's common amongst these foods? Yeah sure, they are delicious however, they are all extremely high calorie based food that can affect your body if you don't look after yourself. Oh my okay, where do I start? Each product you see before you is what we describe as fast food, this is due to amount of people not eating properly throughout the day, for example, missing breakfast. This leads to your body wanting food intake fast, which is why the term, fast food. Fast food chains know this which is why food is ready to be served within minutes, drawing people in. This is not good for your body due to the amount of sugar, salt, fats and oils these foods normally contain. Other examples of foods which you may not know of which include high calorie substances.
  • 3. You're body needs to be treated like a temple, which most people do know, however they do not realise that the body is the most fragile temple there is and has to really be taken care of. So a constant input of bad foods and really affect your health and also your mental and physical well being such as your lung capacity, oxygen intake and heart rate alongside many other factors, which can lead to more serious health issues. You're mental stability is a key affectant from your bodies health, which can lead to depression, stress and many of issues. (Rubs hands together while staring at the food individually) This malteser krushem contains wheat flour- Dr. Davis says that no matter what type of wheat, be it organic, stone- ground, sprouted grain, or home-baked, it's still wheat, a combination of compounds that trigger high blood sugar, visceral fat, unhealthy cholesterol particles in the blood, and inflammation—all bad news for your heart. Along with this it is filled with sugar as well containing 315 calories. A 30 minute physical activity of roller skating or even ice skating will accurately burn these 315 calories. This lunch box contains 2 fried hot wings, 1 fried chicken strip, a soft battered fried thigh piece, fries and a tub of gravy. The whole meal alone is just 930 calories however, adding the gravy gives a total of 1,050 calories in total. That is a lot of calories but also remember the fact that even eating all this alone won’t fill a regular person with a big appetite. The truth is, people line up at KFC for the taste, something they crave instantly after leaving work or school, not thinking about what will fill them up and what's good for them. At this destination spot for fried chicken, very few natural ingredients – three of 29 to be exact – go into the process of seasoning and battering. Moreover, the chicken is raised with the benefit of both antibiotics and growth hormones. An obvious concern is the fat content, which pervades KFC’s menu. Although a fried chicken thigh may only have 290 calories, a full 189 of these come from fat. A grilled chicken thigh doesn’t fare much better, deriving 90 of its 170 calories from unhealthy fats. You must remember, these
  • 4. fats will be stored in your body and may even boost your cholesterol levels. This is a big mac which is a hamburger that consists of two all-beef patties, one slice of American cheese, Big Mac sauce, lettuce, pickles, onions and a three-part sesame seed bun. The burger alone is a horrifying 563 calories. If I was to buy this as a meal which included fries and a regular sugar filled drink, I would’ve consume a total of 1,120 calories without the onions as I don’t like them. This is cause my mouth smells after and I have a girlfriend now hahahaha. Like i said before, these fast food meals aren’t usually fulfilling and after an hour or so you would probably feel hungry again consuming more calories. Pizza is a yeasted flatbread typically topped with tomato sauce or you can now even get a nice bbq base sauce and cheese and baked in an oven. You can choose from a variety of toppings from meats to vegetables. But remember, just by adding vegetables to your pizza, it doesn’t make you healthy so don’t play yourself. As delicious as it seems, on average, a slice of pizza weighing a 108 grams can consist of 200-315 calories depending on toppings as well as if you get a cheese crust filled pizza. One whole pizza weighing at about 865 grams can lead you to a massive 2,222 calories and that’s just a normal margarita. Cheese can be an important part of many meals and diet plans. Cheese provides significant amounts of complete proteins, or all of the nine essential amino acids that you need for good health. However, too much cheese can also contribute large amounts of fat and cholesterol to your diet. Too much fat or cholesterol can cause you to gain weight, develop heart disease and develop certain cancers. Now to help get rid of your addiction to junk food to live a healthier lifestyle, change it! Aim to make a lifestyle change around your food addiction and don't just adopt a diet. Write up a food plan that does not include fast food or junk food. Make sure you plan for appropriate portion sizes and snacks so you do not become too hungry at any point during the day. You can also purchase lunch boxes and fill them with healthy, home cooked meals. This is a great way to avoid a stop at a fast food place. Keep healthy by carrying convenient snacks such as portioned nuts or fruit in your purse, briefcase or car. Make
  • 5. sure to eat throughout the day and never skip meals. So start today, go to your kitchen and throw away all your junk food. (Picking out member of the public) George Excuse me madam/sir, Are you from the borough of redbridge? (If yes) Would you be interested in answering a couple of questions? We are Keys King productions and we are producing a health related video for the borough of redbridge. The questions we will be asking will be related to health, fitness and food are you still okay taking part in this interview? (If yes) Fantastic, how often do you go out for lunch, breakfast and dinner? Out of all these times how many of these times would you say you were treating yourself for example, eating high calorie foods, like fast food or dessert? Or would you say that you don’t follow a regime (diet plan) at all? Now how regularly do you eat from a fast food chain restaurant down the high street? Which fast food restaurant would you say you prefer?
  • 6. How much would you say you spend during that time frame? (linked with the questions above) What if I told you, you can save a lot of money on your lunch yet enjoy it as it is low calorie based, healthy and fulfilling. For instance a Pret a Manger lunch of a chicken and avocado sandwich (£3.25) with a bottle of pomegranate and hibiscus still water (£1.65) and a slice of banana cake (£1.60) comes up to £6.50, which when multiplied by five (assuming you work Monday to Friday) will cost you a whopping £32.50 a working week. However,supermarkets like Tesco is a great option. This is because there are a number of healthy combinations within these supermarkets which give you £3 sandwich meal deals which means you get a choice of any sandwich or salad, snack and drink for £3. How do you feel after you consume these foods? state a fact about the consumer on the good they are eating, if good praise (unlikely) if bad tell them the calories intake they are consuming and any other factor which can lead to serious damage to the body e.g. diabetes, stroke, heart failure etc. (Then state other option meal deal tescos? More filling, less calorie intake good for the body.) (EXT) INT INTERVIEW We are here today with professional coach……. What could they do to change their ways?

(SCENE 5)He is then seen at home head in hands struggling with what to do, he then throws everything of the counter, place his head on the counter seeming distressed, he slaps the table then goes straight up stairs gets changed and heads straight out as he plans to get to a fitness ground to train,( needs motivational life changing music love yourself by eminem curtain call) (SCENE 6)He prepares and then goes to a training ground, he enters with insecurity unsure of what he is doing, as he does not know the place he is in, however the music changes his feelings as he gets motivated to work hard and change his life, he gets to track gets ready and starts running, he is also is seen doing circuits and and working out in the gym. Month later Shows the after affect (SCENE 7)Same morning scene but beds already made rooms clean Hes up already dressed eaten and ready to go, he leaves with a smile ( as he feels light and happy for what he has worked on has paid off) (SCENE 8)He is then seen in school motivated working hard impressing his teachers And then also in the common chatting and enjoying himself with friends, where he then notices someone sitting alone eating bad looking down, knowing the feeling he makes a difference and helps the friend out changing his life (SCENE 9)The camera then becomes his eyes as he walks through the door, a light (from the sun changes the scene from the school to the weights room where he then breaks the 4th wall barrier as mustafa is now holding the camera giving a motivational quote and as he is now giving a documentary about his life to help others. (Narration - Facts)-Motivational Quote OVERALL CREDITS
