(Music was still playing until the screen fades out

FADE IN:
STUDY ROOM
The camera tilts up, and it goes to this girl facing the
camera and she is writing something on some paper, then
the camera moves closer and it zooms in to the wall that
is at the front of the girl, there is lots of prizes put
like in shelves, in all fo them there is a "Sarah Wu best
seller of the year" wrote. And there is some newspapers
framed, which are all about Sarah Wu being best seller
but this time with her face on it, and she looks like one
of the girl that was shown in the flashback at the
beginning.
2.
The girl sitting on the chair gets up, and the camera
follows her around while keeping an over the shoulder
angle for some shots and close ups to her hands when she
goes to grab her book and a cup of tea that was in the
living room, and her face is still not shown.
THE CAMERA FOLLOWS HER AGAIN, WITH A CLOSE UP OF HER FEET
SLOWLY MOVING TOWARDS THE SOFA SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF
THE ROOM.
She sits down on the sofa and the camera slowly moves
from her hands her face, and she looks like the girl from
the flashbacks and the girls from those newspapers, the
one that has the best seller of the year Sarah Wu. Then
the camera does a close up again to her hands holding the
book.
SARAH- 32 years old, of Chinese origins but raised in
Australia, in search of lost love, famous writer.
SARAH
(in a very tired and
miserable tone)
Miko...
She reads the title of her book which is of the girl she
loved and gave her everything for but she lost her 10
years go. Miko is the same girl that was seen at the
start with Sarah.
CLOSE UP OF SARAH'S FACE
A tear rolls down, then you hear the phone ringing really
loudly and it was coming from the dining room. Sarah
wipes her tears off and slowly goes to pick the phone up.
MID SHOT OF SARAH SITTING ON A CHAIR
She is holding the phone, there is complete silence for
some seconds.
STRANGER
(Over the phone)
Heyyy...Sarah, missed me ?
A girl with a really bright and lively voice says.
And Sarah freezes for a bit, she is lost of words, she
quickly recognises that soft voice. She starts to cry
again.
2.
Miko- 36 years old, Japanese, comes from a really strict
and close minded family. Lost love of Sarah
SARAH
( with hiccups
because of how much
she is crying)
MIKO.. why did you leave me ?
MIKO
(over the phone)
Before I start explaining what
happened that day, you have to
stop wasting your tears on me.
SARAH
(not crying as much
as before)
Just shut up and talk right now. I
waited 10 years, you know how damn
long that is
MIKO
(over the phone)
I can't talk if you want me to
shut up and yeah I know I hurt
you, and that my one stupid
decision caused lots of pain to
both of us. But we both know that
we were never destined to be
together. The society around us
would have never let us live in
peace.
SARAH
So you were scared of what people
will think about us, and is that
why you left huh.
MIKO
(over the phone)
Is that what you really think of
me, my life has never been easy I
never wanted to leave you.
My father had passed away, i just
didn't know what to do that day,
the first thing that came to my
mind was to just quickly leave
that place, i wanted to see his
face for the last time.
SARAH
I'm sorry for what happened to
your father I just...
2.
MIKO
(over the phone)
Sarah it's okay, you don't have to
forgive me and whatever happened
should be left in the past, it
would be e best for us, because
now nothing can be done.
SARAH
What you mean nothing can be done,
we have found each other again
after 10 years, you can't tell me
to move on without you when we
have finally reunited, this IS
MEANT TO BE, we are meant for each
other
MIKO
(over the phone)
Sarah...I'm married, my mother
forced me into getting married
right after father's death she
couldn't raise me and siblings by
herself and since I'm the oldest
she sent me away.
Sarah stays silent, and the phone he was holding suddenly
drops out of her hand, and is now hanging from the wall,
which is attached to.
MID SHOT of Sarah getting up from the chair she was
sitting on and slowly walking towards the fireplace, and
sitting down in front of it while putting her face on her
arms which are crossed and put them over her knees.
CLOSE UP of Sarah's face, she is crying with a smile on
her face.
The camera moves from Sarah to the fireplace and it shows
the fire, on the background you can hear Sarah crying
loudly.
The entire last scene slowly starts to fade away to
black.
