- This is how it works…Explain the details…. We use 15 different types of protocols, such as SNMP, XML, WMI and so on to collect information from lots of IT resources. We communcate with 3rd party products via a number of APIs, and what comes out of it are complete asset inventory, reporting, performance, eventing and more, including automation to correct problems on the fly. Non one else provide this level of coverage.
