As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

18. 06 Guidelines while going with Parents
Parents can take the following measures to reduce school zone traffic hazards:
•Don't park across the street from the school; if this is not possible,
accompany your child (using a crosswalk) as he or she crosses the street.
•Use the existing drop-off/pick-up system organized
by the school.
•Reduce school zone congestion by carpooling
with neighbors or friends.
•Parents should not allow their minor children to drive.
•Children are very good observers and therefore,
parents must set an example by meticulously
observing and following even small traffic rules.
