Background
Medical Informatics, a leading health services company, embarked on a new product development project. Medical Informatics needs to expand its clinical data warehouse (CDW) to ingest third-party data feeds from wellness vendor and onsite clinic data to incorporate this information to downstream employer group analytics and reporting processes. This expansion will also be used to develop new activity reports to message value on these products.
The nature of the company’s business is that it operates in an extremely competitive environment that necessitates fast delivery to market so as to prevent competitor companies from gaining dominant market share with similar competitive products. Therefore, the key success factors of the project were time to market and quality. Cost of delivery was not a major concern.
Scope
The scope of the project was to create a modular software package to handle wellness vendor data to ensure appropriate preventative care is being tracked for members, including the systems changes, the vendor wellness database tables, and wellness vendor reporting. The project was divided into modules consisting of: wellness DB tables, promote tables, and wellness vendor reporting. A project manager was appointed, but has since left due to personal reasons.
Time Scales
The launch date was set as December 1, 2015. The product had to be ready for launch on this date, as all the marketing material would reflect this date and the launch had to precede the launch of similar products from competitors. The project kickoff was May 5, 2015. The tasks that had been completed prior to May 5, 2015 were the business case compilation and approval and the project team establishment.
Technology
The systems development was to be done using the MS Visual Studio programming language and SQL environment, which was new to the development team. The developers were sent on MS Visual Studio programming training two weeks prior to the project start. The developers were used to working in a Java programming environment and had not worked with any MS-oriented languages before. The new wellness vendor reports will integrate into the existing system located behind the intranet. These new reports, unlike the existing reports, will utilize both SQL Server and Teradata. SQL Server will control the security access and parameter selection for the reports. The application will then send the selected parameters to Teradata in order to populate the body of the report.

Scenario: You are the Refinery Emergency Response Coordinator for an incident at the SJV Refinery which has been in operation since 1966. The refinery processes 120,000 bbls of crude oil per day, which has a sulfur content of 2.5 percent. The refinery converts crude oil to naptha, light oil, and heavy oils using the Atmospheric/Vacuum Distillation Unit with key equipment such as the following: � naptha, kerosene, gasoline, and diesel hydrotreaters; � isomerization unit; � naptha reformer; � fluid catalytic cracker; � coker; � hydrocracker; � polymerization unit (petrochemical section of the refinery polymerizing olefin gases to produce polyethylene); � sulfur recovery Claus plant (catalytic reactors); and � distillate/gasoline blending tanks. The refinery was initiating work on a major plant turnaround at the time of the incident to complete required maintenance repairs, mechanical integrity inspections, and modifications to existing equipment. Twenty contractor companies (approximately 150 employees) have been contracted to perform this work under the direction of refinery staff. All of the contractor workers completed the refinery orientation training. Work for the contractor crews is assigned/scheduled each morning. On the day of the incident, the day-shift (6 am to 6 pm) crew had been tasked with isolating the acid gas feed stream for the Claus unit. Due to other work priorities, the crew did not isolate the line as planned. A shift turnover for the night contractor crew did not happen due to mandatory safety training that delayed their arrival at the worksite. Upon their arrival at the work site, the night crew held a job safety analysis (JSA) review of the scheduled task (line breaking of the acid gas feed line to replace a segment) to be performed and the hazards present. No pressure gauges or monitoring was present to indicate that the acid gas feed line was operational. The crew initiated the line breaking activity (open the line to the atmosphere) at approximately 7:45 pm under self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), which almost immediately resulted in the uncontrolled release of acid gas. A nearby ignition source from a welding operation ignited the flammable gas. The following actions were initially taken: � The evacuation alarm was sounded and the refinery emergency response team (ERT) was activated. � The plant manager and the local fire department were notified of the incident. � The incident command was established at the refinery office near the main refinery access gate to the south (this is the furthest distance within the refinery boundary from the incident location). � The refinery ERT incident commander implemented actions required under the approved refinery emergency response plan. � The ERT was not able to immediately isolate the acid gas feed pipeline. � The fire department arrived on location and assumed the incident command of the event. Background
Medical Informatics, a leading health services company, embarked on a new product development project. Medical Informatics needs to expand its clinical data warehouse (CDW) to ingest third-party data feeds from wellness vendor and onsite clinic data to incorporate this information to downstream employer group analytics and reporting processes. This expansion will also be used to develop new activity reports to message value on these products.
The nature of the company’s business is that it operates in an extremely competitive environment that necessitates fast delivery to market so as to prevent competitor companies from gaining dominant market share with similar competitive products. Therefore, the key success factors of the project were time to market and quality. Cost of delivery was not a major concern.
Scope
The scope of the project was to create a modular software package to handle wellness vendor data to ensure appropriate preventative care is being tracked for members, including the systems changes, the vendor wellness database tables, and wellness vendor reporting. The project was divided into modules consisting of: wellness DB tables, promote tables, and wellness vendor reporting. A project manager was appointed, but has since left due to personal reasons.
Time Scales
The launch date was set as December 1, 2015. The product had to be ready for launch on this date, as all the marketing material would reflect this date and the launch had to precede the launch of similar products from competitors. The project kickoff was May 5, 2015. The tasks that had been completed prior to May 5, 2015 were the business case compilation and approval and the project team establishment.
Technology
The systems development was to be done using the MS Visual Studio programming language and SQL environment, which was new to the development team. The developers were sent on MS Visual Studio programming training two weeks prior to the project start. The developers were used to working in a Java programming environment and had not worked with any MS-oriented languages before. The new wellness vendor reports will integrate into the existing system located behind the intranet. These new reports, unlike the existing reports, will utilize both SQL Server and Teradata. SQL Server will control the security access and parameter selection for the reports. The application will then send the selected parameters to Teradata in order to populate the body of the report.

The refinery was initiating work on a major plant turnaround at the time of the incident to complete required maintenance repairs, mechanical integrity inspections, and modifications to existing equipment. Twenty contractor companies (approximately 150 employees) have been contracted to perform this work under the direction of refinery staff. All of the contractor workers completed the refinery orientation training. Work for the contractor crews is assigned/scheduled each morning. On the day of the incident, the day-shift (6 am to 6 pm) crew had been tasked with isolating the acid gas feed stream for the Claus unit. Due to other work priorities, the crew did not isolate the line as planned. A shift turnover for the night contractor crew did not happen due to mandatory safety training that delayed their arrival at the worksite. Upon their arrival at the work site, the night crew held a job safety analysis (JSA) review of the scheduled task (line breaking of the acid gas feed line to replace a segment) to be performed and the hazards present. No pressure gauges or monitoring was present to indicate that the acid gas feed line was operational. The crew initiated the line breaking activity (open the line to the atmosphere) at approximately 7:45 pm under self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), which almost immediately resulted in the uncontrolled release of acid gas. A nearby ignition source from a welding operation ignited the flammable gas. The following actions were initially taken: � The evacuation alarm was sounded and the refinery emergency response team (ERT) was activated. � The plant manager and the local fire department were notified of the incident. � The incident command was established at the refinery office near the main refinery access gate to the south (this is the furthest distance within the refinery boundary from the incident location). � The refinery ERT incident commander implemented actions required under the approved refinery emergency response plan. � The ERT was not able to immediately isolate the acid gas feed pipeline. � The fire department arrived on location and assumed the incident command of the event. Two real estate developers called Doris and Alfred Kaskel who bought 2400 acres of land in late 1950s established City of Doral in the state of Florida. The land was swampy between NW 36 and 74 streets and from NW 79 to NW 117 avenues; they bought the land for $ 49,000 with the aim of building a hotel and a golf course. The Kaskel’s constructed the Carillon Hotel and Doral Beach Hotel on Miami Beach. On the bought land, they constructed a country club and established a hotel, which they named as Doral, which is a combination of their names. So guests at the Miami Beach would be transported to the country club, which featured blue, red and par 3 golf courses. Among the events that were hosted at the country club was Florida’s major PGA event, which was the first Doral Open Invitational (City of Doral, 2020). Subsequently, guests frequented the hotels and the country club.
Between 1980 and 2000, Doral’s grandson called Bill built Doral estates and engaged in a joint venture to build the Doral park. Because of building the estate, younger families flooded the area for shopping sprees because the area had not parks, stores, or schools. The tenants and buyers of the Doral estate came together as a community; whereas there were no traffic problems the rapid construction of the estate and the attraction of many buyers and tenants due to the low cost led the county to impose a building moratorium (City of Doral, 2020). The high population and lack of amenities led to increase in the cost of services. The community in the area established a West Dade Federation of Homeowner Associations in 1989 to safeguard the welfare of the community. As a result of the federations’ effort, there was establishment of police station, lighting, landscaping and roads in the area.
Over time, the ownership of Doral country club and hotel changes when Donald Trump bought the club in 2012 for $150 million. Due to change in ownership, the name of the club changed to Trump National Doral Gold Club. The reputation of the club for its golf courses continued and expanded internationally; for example, the Blue Monster continued to host PGA Tour Tournament until 2016. Apparently, the City of Doral attracts many companies, families, businesses and retires (City of Doral, 2020). Between 2010 and 2016, the population of City of Dorol increased by 26.1% by 12,000 people to 58,000 residents. When the city incorporated in 2003, the population was 22,709, which is half its current population (Madan, 2017).

I really liked the subject about Nefertari and her tomb, because it is important to understand how archaeological finds are not always safe, once they’ve been excavated. Although it does make me sad to know the tomb is deteriorating, because of flood waters. With that, I think it may be better for them to seal the tomb to prevent any more damage, until they develop a way to stop the flood waters, but since this is a hot spot for tourism, I know that won’t happen. The article aimed at explaining the importance of the tomb of Nefertari as well as factors that led to deterioration of the tomb of Nefertari .
introduction
The digging of the tomb of Nefertari began after Ramesses II become the pharaoh of Egypt
Nefertari was the favorite queen of ramesses ii.
The tomb was discovered in 1904 in Egypt.
Currently is among the most elegant and most preserved tombS (Habicht et al., 2016).
The tomb of queen Nefertari is of concern to most people because of the valued artistic treasures found in the tomb.
Review of the article
There has been an international concern about the preservation of the tomb of Nefertari because of the artistic value found in the tomb.
The tomb has some of the best examples of the nineteenth-dynasty wall
paintings.
Degradation and deterioration of the tomb of Nefertari happened between the year 1904- 1987.
Most of the article did not cover the effects of the damages caused on the tomb adequately.
However the article covered some of the causes attributed to influence the degradation and deterioration of the tomb of Nefertari.
Review of the article
The Article addresses the paint loss and some of the minor losses that happened to the tomb before 1904.
Little has been covered about the massive damage that occurred between 1904- 1971.
The aim of the Authors is to provide an in-depth understanding of the damages that have occurred to the tomb of Nefertari.
History of the destruction
Destruction on the tomb occurred prior to its discovery in 1904 all the way up to 1971.
The information found through the study is useful to the international objective of conserving the tomb of Nefertari as an arc.

Abstract
Natural disaster management is a fundamental act in the US both in economic, social-cultural, and political dimensions. Researchers and policymakers record that due to Hurricane Agnes and nuclear accidents in the United States of America, a rise to government participation at local and federal was evidence through the formation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) (Mener A, 2007). The purpose of this paper is to review and political analysis roles in planning, preparation, and response to a natural disaster.
Introduction
The impact and occurrence of natural disasters are on an administrative capacity. Despite the autonomy of genetic distance relationships with a political standpoint, human political actions display myriad ways in which political intervention leads to planning, preparation, and response to such circumstances beyond one's control (Cohen C and Weker E, 2008). Political designs and models are vital in disaster control, mitigation, and control over a given geographical jurisdiction and administration capability of political power in natural disasters such as earthquake and hurricane mitigation and monitoring. Despite an extensive literature review on the political contribution in disaster management, there is a need for further research to comprehend planning, preparation, and response to natural disasters from a political perspective.
Planning
Disaster planning is a systematic approach to natural disaster management and control. Politics play myriad roles in planning for natural disaster mitigation and control (Choudhury Z, 2013). Politics shape the systematic planning of natural disaster management prevention, alerts, response, and recovery of the losses. The federal and local government authority plays roles to control natural disaster in various approaches.
Planning of inspection methods and alert preposition are vital in the prep.

Human Sexuality
Human sexuality makes it achievable for people and animals to express themselves as sexual beings. Sexuality is one of the reasons behind the feeling that everyone has the thoughts and the manner in which we behave. Sexuality defines the manner, in which biological reproduction comes about, it goes ahead to describe the sociological and psychological representation of oneself and the way a person is attracted to others especially of the opposite sex. Human sexuality is a sensitive issue across both sexes. It is an issue that is handled with confidentiality respects for individual’s rights and dignity which is an ethical principle. Through sex, children get an opportunity to bond with each other, adolescents get time to flirt and adults go ahead into having babies.
The good sexual and reproductive state can be categorized as a mental, physical and social stability of an individual that is directly related to the reproductive system. This means that people are able to have a satisfied and safe sexual life. They also have freedom when it comes to matters of reproduction and child bearing. They are able to determine when to reproduce, why they need to do so and how often they need to have children. For one to be able to maintain the best sexual and reproductive practices it is important to seek for important information which is accurate pertaining to the use of contraceptives and how regularly they need to use them. It is important for people to be well informed for the purpose of doing away with unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. (Rainwater, 2017).
When women are ready and psychologically prepared to have children, they must be able to access to important advice from physicians make it easy for them to go through the pregnancy period to delivery and thus a healthy baby. When it comes to sexuality and reproductive health everyone must be given a chance to make their own choices. This is respecting other peoples right and dignity. It is applicable by recognizing the worth of the individual through engaging in professional and positive interactions without creating a direct influence of the decisions. PROVISION has decided to move up its next wand release to meet the government deadlines. It has also decided to incorporate some new functionality and make some software fixes as part of this release. Project Team You have been named the project manager. You are from the Product Development department, from the Software team. The project will require a cross-departmental team: Department Operational Responsibilities Project Responsibilities Product Development Assist with customer service / help desk calls. Software team: designs, makes, and tests modifications to the software. Hardware team: tests the new software against the current hardware to ensure it still works. Product Manufacturing
