This event will kick-off on December, 1, 2012 in the parking lot of Sperreng Middle School on Tesson Ferry Road. There will be a tractor trailer parked for a minimum of two weeks. We are looking for sponsors, volunteers, and non-perishable’s and survival items.

Please help in our efforts from our community to another community
Mike Royster with PCS Cleaning Services and Ocean State Construction located in our
community is a former resident of the east coast in Rhode Island. Mike now resides in
the Lindbergh School District. Mike has been back to east coast in the past week to see
the horrific damage and devastation from Hurricane Sandy. His undying efforts are to
help the people in need. When Hurricane Katrina hit Mike was there for that
community too, as Mike organized tractor trailers loaded with much needed survival
items for the people of New Orleans. Mike’s idea is to again, help the east coast
especially since the holidays are fast approaching.

Schools can participate by asking the students to man the truck and can also earn
community service hours for the students.
