 Met regularly with users and BT to ensure good customer feedback and user experienced
 Setup helpdesk system to manage calls

 Worked with the Trusts ICT networking to trouble shoot and resolve any technical problems that occurred.
 Updated the RiO intranet pages to ensure clear communication to all RiO users
FAREHAM AND GOSPORT CLINICAL COMMISSIONING GROUP (FGCCG)

Primary role to liaise with practice managers and ensure their patient statistical returns are made on time to the PCT and FGCCG
 Cost Saving Solutions
Project Managed implementation of an Open Source/ Google App intranet site that allowed NHS practice managers to
directly input their returns online. The site then collated all the returns for the PCT. This helped the Locality and Practice
Managers prove their compliance with Local Enhanced Services (LES) agreement that are commissioned by the PCT.
This model has now been taken up by Gosport Locality.
