Expiration of Services
Ø SAP decided to remove the services listed below from the CPEA entitlement. These services or comparable services are offered by
the hyperscaler (AWS, Azure and Google) and SAP will provide guidelines how to integrate with these services. This is a strategic
change, because SAP will have a stronger focus on the development of business services.
Ø Since mid of July, these services are flagged as expired on cloudplatform.sap.com and SAP offers a grace period until January 15th
2020. Within this period these services will still be part of the CPEA entitlement.
Ø SAP ensures the delivery of these services for all contracts starting on or before January 15th 2020 and until the end of the contract
term.
Ø For all CPEA contracts starting after January 15th 2020 these services will not be part to the entitlement anymore and need to be
acquired from the hyperscaler directly.
