 Working as a Technical NOC Engineer in ITIP Limited from June 15th 2016 to till now.
 Worked as a Technical NOC Engineer in Choice Technologies India PVT LTD from
14th October 2015 to 10th June 2016.
 Worked as a Planning engineer in PPC department in MRVIndustries, Chennai, from April
2014 to May 2015.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
 To monitor VoIP Traffic in Digitalk Server through VoIP Peering Software and make sure that the
quality is maintained without affecting the business.
 Must maintain Digitalk and Novatel Server in coordination with support and Server support.
 Should be in coordination with sales team to make the business more efficient and uninterrupted
VoIP service to the Clients.
 Providing L1 Support in Troubleshooting Problems in SIP protocol and VoIP Call Flow and
should forward to the far end terminator based on the Issue.
 To make sure that the Voice traffic is not interrupted at emergency in an efficient manner and to
ensure that the complete VoIP Infrastructure is capable of giving its optimal performance at any
cause.

 Obtained Training in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Static Routing and Dynamic
Routing, Basic Switching) in Sansbound networking school from June 2015 to July 2015.
