This document outlines an agenda for a virtual workshop on poetry and movies for mental health hosted by Natalie Patterson. Guidelines are provided for participating safely and finding support. Films shown address topics like social isolation, trauma, and stigma. Breathing and body scan exercises are included, as well as discussions on how media portrays mental illness and how participants support their wellness.
