ratings, or mostimportantly - membersatisfaction - she wasalwaysmovingthe facilityforward.
I distinctlyrememberthe feelingof calmenteringherfacilityeachmonth. The feel asIexited the home
was alsocalmingbecause Iknewthe home wasin good handswithLisaat the helm.

free survey. Itwassuch a rewardto be presentto see the goals Lisa setfor herteam come to fruition.
She became a mentorfornewNHAsjoiningthe 18-facility corporation Parkside wasownedby. She was
selectedtobe the NHA to oversee the UW Eau Claire studentprogram, trainingcollege studentsintheir
final yearthroughinternshipinthe degreeof HealthCare Administration.
As colleagueshave come andgone,Lisacontinuestostandstrong. She continuestolookfor creative
waysto stay competitiveinthe industry. She hasdeveloped lastingrelationshipswithcare-partners.
She has foundwaysto schedule staff creativelytoensure residentsare caredforandstaff are content.
