M & M Theatrical Productions October 2016 to December 2016/February 2015 toOctober 2015
As an integral part of a touring theatre company, it was my role to go into schools delivering Drama workshops,
and show performances to enrich these students’ lives, and give them something they haven’t experienced before.
As a workshop leader I successfully delivered over 150 Stagecraft Workshops, working closely with students aged
6-18 years with such conditions as Autism, Aspergers, ADHD and Tourettes Syndrome. Through a well structured
system, I was able to effectively communicate with students and staff,consistently producing high quality content,
much to their delight.
My additional responsibilities were:
-Loading and unloading heavy stage set and equipment in a set time frame.
-Being aware of health and safety at all times.
-Driving the company vehicle to and from venues all across the UK.
- Building a positive relationship with every member of staff to whom I came in contact with.
It was a successful national tour with over 300 performances to public, private schools and SEN.

Working on interiors and exteriors of homes including removal, cleaning, painting, fitting, and gardening, whilst
maintaining positive relationships through regular interaction with clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Teaching Drama to international students aged 11-18 years, through structured lesson plans with key learning
objectives to ensure progress. This position required me to be able to adapt very quickly to a change in class size
or performance space. Through visual aids and positive reinforcement I was able to effectively communicate
with the students despite a language barrier.
