Worked always in a busy team, sometimes under pressure. Provided quality
service to students. Was often in sole charge of various tasks and learned the valuable
art of dealing sensitively but firmly with difficult situations, both in teaching and in
matters concerning relative cases.
Ability to integrate theoretical concepts and practical ideas, and apply them to
actual classroom situations. View teaching and learning as a dynamic and interactive
process. All of my work experience has involved working within a team-based
culture. This includes lesson planning and syllabi designing, organisation,
coordination and commitment.
Effective communication amongst staff members and students and their
families. As classroom teacher, I built rapport with students and their families from a
range of cultural backgrounds. Created trusting atmosphere through sensitivity to
students' strengths, weaknesses and personal learning styles. Engaged students
through humour and activities designed for maximum interaction in small and large
groups. Achieved maximum results by developing curriculum that was appropriate to
students' learning abilities.
