This document provides an orientation for a pilot implementation of the Matatag curriculum. It includes a walkthrough of a sample Teaching Plan for Health Education. The plan suggests strategies for teaching health education such as mindfulness activities, engaging medical practitioners, inviting healthcare professionals to speak, film/movie viewing, role-playing, physical activities, and case analysis. Reference materials are also provided.
