Two fifth grade students from Sto. Domingo Elementary School, Lemuel Lacuesta and Cedric Bautista, got into a physical altercation outside of school. Cedric's mother reported the bullying incident to Cedric's class adviser. According to the class adviser's interview, Cedric was at a friend's sari-sari store when the fight happened with Lemuel. The school report was written to describe the dispute between the two students that led to injuries.

NARRATIVE REPORT
This report was written to initially describe and narrate all matters about the
previous quarrel, between LEMUEL M. LACUESTA, 11 yrs. old and CEDRIC BRIELLE G.
BAUTISTA, 10 yrs. old, both Grade 5- Aquino pupils of Sto. Domingo Elementary School,
and both residence of Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Tarlac City, which escalated to physical bullying
and injuries, last March 2, 2023, at 3:00pm, in the afternoon, at the residence and sari-sari
store of the Dapito Family of Purok 2. Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Tarlac City.
The said issue was known by the school, when the complainant, MRS. RESCHELL G.
BAUTISTA, mother of CEDRIC BRIELLE G. BAUTISTA, formally reported the incident between
her son and the defendant, LEMEUL M. LACUESTA, to MR. BENEDICK F. BUENDIA, Class
Adviser of Grade V- Aquino. According to the interview initiated by their Class Adviser to
Mrs. Bautista and her son, Cedric was already there at the sari-sari store and residence of
their friend DANE KEIRON O. DAPITO
