As a federal government contractor I developed, delivered, and evaluated programs addressing Title 10
directives that engaged participants through the use of a web based learning portal, job aids,
synchronous webinars, and classroom presentations.

developing written and performance tests and survey instruments, and determining reliability and validity
of evaluation instruments.
I hold two certifications which involve evaluation: Kirkpatrick 4 Levels of Evaluation Bronze and Certified
ProfessionalinLearning andPerformance (CPLP). While servingasacontractor at a federal government
agencywe employed summativeandformative evaluationtechniquestoimprove ourcourseware.Ialso
participatedasa subjectmatterexpertinan curriculumreview/auditbythe agency'sAcademy.
