Joined as Warden and rose to the position of Senior Warden within 2 months
Key Result Areas:
 Acting as a Senior Warden and managing a team of 25 members in the hostel
 Responsible for administration of the hostels including maintainance of infrastucture of the hostels,management of inventory
and assets ofthe hostels,security,development and maintainance of world class green belt,sports and health facilities in the
hostels.
 Independent managing the Vendors of the hostels and member of the budgetery Committee
 Work in close with Event Mgmt team and ensure the smooth completion of the event in the absence of the event Manager
 Hostel Management:
o To ensure the smooth functioning of Men’s Hostel(1400 students).
o Supervision over the work of House Keeping Staff.
 Student Welfare:
o Ensuring the student’s grievances are handles well on time.
o Providing not only good facilities but also well on time, pay attention to student’s health, hygiene and general life in
the hostel.
o Counselling students as and when required,Motivate students for Sports or other co-curricular activities and at times
