The Territorial Commander of The Salvation Army in Haiti returned home after the earthquake to help victims who gathered at the Army's compound where medical treatment was provided. The Salvation Army's school was damaged and Divisional Leaders were having dinner when the quake struck. Salvation Army relief teams are searching for survivors, treating the injured with basic supplies, and setting up mobile feeding while rubble fills the streets and badly damaged buildings are seen throughout the city and countryside.
