Being found online is important. But being chosen isn’t automatic. 90% of people will trust online reviews. Having a list of online reviews is key for a business being chosen online.
Most small business owners will agree that they have customers that will write a positive review. Their challenge is how do they consistently ask for them? Lets walk through how we automate the process asking for review and a social recommendation. The first image is an example of the feedback email that goes out immediately after a job is completed. You can see the “Click here to provide feedback” This makes it very easy for their customer to leave a review.

The digital portfolio is a collection of albums of your work. You can easily and professionally show prospects your work while you are in the field. You can see the envelope (point out the envelope on the ipad picture Click to Show) in the lower right corner.
Clicking on this pops up a menu where you simply enter the prospects name and email. When you hit enter, an email sends automatically to that prospect with a link to these photos so they can share them with their family or friends. It also captures that prospects information in the tool so you can keep track of those potential customers, helping the business organize their prospects.
