Advertising Audiences in Advertising Studio
Advertising Audiences allows customers to use Marketing Cloud data to target their digital
advertising campaigns across various platforms. These platforms include Facebook,
Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest. Partner networks such as Audience
Studio, LiveRamp, LiveIntent, Viant, and Neustar can also be used.
Journey Builder Advertising
Create Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Pinterest audiences and campaigns
directly in Journey Builder. To use this feature, Advertising Studio and Journey Builder must
be enabled in your Marketing Cloud account.
Lead Capture in Advertising Studio
To connect your Facebook advertising leads with Marketing Cloud data extensions
or Sales Cloud lead objects use Advertising Studio’s Lead Capture feature.

●Create and configure workspaces to quickly organize teams by region, either across the world, country, or down the
street. Organize workspaces by brand or business function. You can use workspaces to promote collaboration for
campaigns, content creation, and publishing.
●Use workspace calendars to create and design full preview content with full preview. You can manage your future and
past content calendar with fully featured planning and scheduling tools designed for teams.
●Create content and schedule perfect social content tailored to specific social networks using our intelligent social
network-centric platform beyond just a text entry box.
●Promote your content by buying Facebook ads right from Social Studio and integrating with Social.com Ad campaigns.
●Preview and approve content before going live using easy to create customized approval rules. Approval rules can
protect your brand integrity and ensuring a consistent voice. Notifications for approvers appear in Social Studio, by
email. If logged in and using Social Studio Mobile, notifications appear as push notifications.
●Engage and respond to your social audience and focus on the changing content. You can use shortcuts and bulk
actions aligning objectives, teams, and permissions with other content goals.
●Automate common actions and processes to classify, report, and route content using Macros.
●Measure how content is performing (either in real-time or past performance) and view the analytics by post, subgroup,

A U T O M AT I O N S T U D I O
Automation Studio is a Marketing Cloud application used to execute multi-step
marketing and data management activities on an immediate, triggered, or
scheduled basis. Use Automation Studio's workflow canvas to build simple or
multi-step automations.
Automation Studio includes an overview page to show each automation's status.
Error information appears in line with the corresponding automation to enable
quick recovery. You can also use this page to run automations on an individual
basis if necessary.
You can schedule an automation or else trigger an automation.

Journey builder helps to interact with customers 1-1 and make sure all their needs to get
done by understanding the customer’s activity.
Initially data is gathered through automation studio and customer activity flow updates
accordingly.
We can send mobile messages, notifications and emails based on the activity we build
based on the customer behavior.

Google analytics 360 is used to track down the performance of the mails
and sms we push to customers.
To track performance with google analytics 360 we are supposed to
enable journey builder in our Marketing cloud account.

Email studio helps to push emails based on customer preferences
We can run A/B test and finalize the content to publish to all customers.
We need to follow CAN SPAM rules to our emails and not to get our
emails into spam filter of customers.
Email studio works along with automation studio and journey builders

Group Connect
Use Group Connect to send messages to contacts via messaging apps. Currently, Group
Connect supports the LINE mobile messaging app and Facebook Messenger (available only
via chat messaging API). The LINE app is integrated into Content Builder and Journey
Builder. Use Group Connect to create and send messages, manage contact subscriptions,
and review messaging activities.
Mobile Connect
Create, send, receive, and track SMS and MMS text messages using Mobile Connect. Send
alerts and transactional messages to subscribers using templates and a drag-and-drop
interface. Automatically respond to incoming messages, manage keywords, and many other
tasks.
Mobile Push
Marketing Cloud Mobile Push lets you create and send notifications to encourage use of
your app.

Create Emails
Use this task to create an email in Content Builder for Marketing Cloud. Email names must be unique within a
folder.
Create Templates
Use Content Builder to create templates by pasting HTML or using a layout tool.
Create Mobile Messages
Create SMS, push notification, and LINE messages in Marketing Cloud Content Builder.
Create Content Blocks
Use content blocks to create reusable modular content for messages. Manage content blocks in Content
Builder.
Create a Code Snippet
Use code snippets in Marketing Cloud Content Builder to save reusable bits of HTML, AMP script, and Guide
Template Language. Insert snippets when editing HTML via the Code Snippets toolbar selector, or by typing the
Customer Key value for the snippet followed by the Tab key. You can also create a code snippet content block
by clicking Create > Content Blocks > Code Snippet. You can reference Code Snippets with the AMP script
ContentBlockByKey and ContentBlockByID functions.

Manage content blocks in Content Builder. Create a Code Snippet Use code snippets in Marketing Cloud Content Builder to save reusable bits of HTML, AMP script, and Guide Template Language. Insert snippets when editing HTML via the Code Snippets toolbar selector, or by typing the Customer Key value for the snippet followed by the Tab key. You can also create a code snippet content block by clicking Create > Content Blocks > Code Snippet. You can reference Code Snippets with the AMP script ContentBlockByKey and ContentBlockByID functions.
