well and without fever for
three days
The nursing assistant of Ebola is
stable after being applied Zmapp
serum. Another nurse has been
released from hospital today for giving

4. The hero dog
An Oregon City family is
calling their pit bull a hero after it
saved an 8-year-old boy from a swarm
of bees.
It all started when some kids stepped
on a bee hive while they were walking
in the woods.
A group of children were playing near
a creek and one of them unleashed
bees by stepping on a rotten tree.
Most of the kids got away while Jesse
Shaver was being stung.
But luckily, their pit bull Hades came
to the rescue. "Hades saw me and
came and she dragged me up to the
grass and then stopped and took me
on her back and then took me to
mom," Jesse-Colé said.
“I’m so glad we adopted her,” said
Jesse’s mom, who was “astonished to
see the dog dragging herson to
safety.”

6. School in Zimbabwe
We are going to create a new school
for 200 children aged 7 to 11 called
Maisa’s School situated in Zimbabwe.
We are going to design the structure
of the school. It’s going to be made of
plastic recyclable bottles; they are
going to be filled with sand so that the
school is going to be one of the most
environmental ever.
The classes are going to be mixed, so
that boys and girls will be studying
together.
The school will give the students two
uniforms totally free.
The teachers will teach all the
subjects, including English, Basque,
gym…
Thestudents won’t be bored in class
because they are going to do educative
games, not only study.
Each lesson will be of 45 minutes, so
that the students won’t get bored,
because lessons aren’t going to be as
long as the normal ones. Theschool
will start at 9am and it will finish at
4pm.
They will have 2 minutes of break
after all the lessons, and then they
will have a break of 30 minutesat
10:30am.
This school will have some rules
which the students must enforce
mandatorily. They have to respect the
teachers and their own classmates
too...

7. Television
We love television, because it is
entertaining, but we don’t watch it
very frequently. During the week we
haven’t got much time, because we
have to go to school and in the
afternoon we have to go to academies
or train any sport and then do our
homework. If we don’t have any
exams, we can watch TV.
If we were restricted to an hour’s TV
a day, we would have to decide what
programmes we would like to watch.
The channelswe like most are
Telecinco and Antena3. We watch
programmes like (Mujeres, Hombres
and Viceversa, Big Brother, Vive
Cantando, Tu Cara Me Suena,
B&B…)
If we had to give up watching a TV
programme we would only watch the
series at night.
We hate advertisements. They are so
boring and they’re made to waste
time.
We like channel1 because it hasn’t
got any advertisements while you are
watching a film.
In some programmes there is a lot of
violence like in “TheWalking Dead”.
This series is about zombies that try
to kill all the humans.
Bad languageis very used in
programmes like “Salvame”,
“Mujeres, Hombres & Viceversa”...
50 years ago there weren’t many
televisions, and children used to go to
a friend’s house to watch it. Those
televisions were in black and white
and there weren’t many channels.
We think that in the future, there will
be more programmes and the
technology will improve and people
will watch it more than they watch it
now.

8. Addictions
Nowadaysthe technology is invading
the brain of a lot of people. Onething
is to like spending a little bit of your
free time playing computergames or
chatting on your mobile phone, and
another thing is to want to be all the
time with it. When parents take away
their children’s mobile phones they
become agresive, and they don’t listen
to anyone.
Doctors had said that it is not
recommended to use mobile phones or
tablets three hours before going to bed.
If you use them, you’re going to sleep
badly. Some people have insomnia,
that means that you aren’t able to
sleep. When you have this problem
you must go to the hospital and they
will attend to you.
On the one hand, there is no
difference between being addicted to
cigarettes or alcohol and being
addicted to mobile phones,
computers… All of them are
addictions and it is dangerousto be
addicted to any of them.
When you spend a lot of time in front
of the screen you can have serious
problems in your brain or in your
eyes. When you drink too much
alcohol or you smoke, you will
probably have liver or lung cancer.
On the other hand, there is a
difference between being addicted to
alcohol or mobile phones. You spend a
lot of money buying drinksor
cigarettes and when you are addicted
to a mobile phoneor to computersyou
only have to buy one.
We aren’t addicted to anything, but
we think that it would be hard to give
up using the mobile phonebecause it
is something that everyone uses and
it’s a very good way of
communication.

9. The Beauty and the beast
Once upon a time, there was a girl
whose name was Bella, and she was
one of three daughters. One day the
father became poor and had to leave
his home. He went to a palace and met
the Beast, who told him that he had to
bring Bella to live with him.
Belle and the Beast fell in love but
there was a spell which didn’t allow
him to be a prince. One day, the beast
started to feel sick and Belle gave him
a kiss to make him recover when
suddenly he became a prince.
After many years the Beauty and the
Beast had many children and they got
older. Belle wanted to be “The
beauty” for the rest of her life. Like
everybody she started to have
Wrinkles in her face and she decided
to operate all her body.
The Beast was very traditional and he
liked natural girls, so when he saw the
new Belle, decided to split up with
her. She became crazy and spends all
her money in new operations. When
she realized that she had spent all her
in surgeries, she turned to the Beast.
As they had 4 children in common the
Beast decided to stay with her in spite
of having enhanced all her body
artificially. And they lived happily
ever after.

10. Old Mums?
A 59-year-old woman has had a child,
is she too old to have children?
She has given birth to a child in a
hospital in London on Christmas
Day, she is the oldest new mother on
record, but is it okay to havea child at
that age?
She has received treatment in a
fertility clinic in Rome, because the
British doctors refused to treat her
because of her high age.
We are going to give our opinion
about this topic.
We think that having children at 50
or 60 can be dangerous for the baby,
because it can be born sick, for
example. However, it can be okay at
50 if the mother has all the thingsyou
need to have to be a mum; money, a
good house, positive attitude…
Some mothers are too young to havea
baby, they are studying, they drink…
and some of them don’t know who the
father is.
If you can’t have a baby; you can
come up to science to help you have a
baby. Science research has
revolutionized the world in medicine
and we must take advantageof it.
There are some people for and some
others against the idea of spending so
much money on fertility treatments.
Who are we to stop those women from
pursuing their dream to become
mothers?
Is the same being a mother at 59 or
being a father at the same age?
We think that it isn’t the same
because the mother has to give birth to
the baby and the father has only to
take care of the child. It must be a
father that will look after his baby
because there are fathers that leave
pregnanta woman pregnantand then
they go.
There are in some places where they
decide the sex of the child, for example
in China. If they let people to decide
the sex, all the babies would be boys
and they wouldn’tbe girls in all
China.

11. Alcohol
We think that drinking alcohol in
public places like parks can be
dangerous, because parks are places
where children spend their time
playing. If people drink at night, it is
also dangerousbecause they throw for
example glass bottles and the next day
children who are playing there can be
hurt.
People usually drink alcohol in
parties. Nowadays children start to
drink earlier. Drinking alcohol before
driving a car can be very dangerous
because you can have an accident, and
apart from damaging yourself you can
damage another people.
We think that drinking alcohol on
television, at football matches and at
school mustn`t be allowed because it
is unacceptablebecause for example al
school you are with little children. If
you drink at a football match,
sometimes you are going to be out of
the field, and it can create fights
against the other team’s fans.
It can be acceptable to drink in
restaurants, because you can drink for
example a little bit of wine while you
are talking with your family, but
without going over your head.
When you drink alcohol, you get
drunk, and yourself is without
control. You feel dizzy and you
vomite what you have drunk. When
you are drunk, you do stupid things
that you can’t remember the next
morning. Thenext morning you have
a hangoverand you feel very tired,
you drink a lot of water and you have
a headache. When you drink you have
fun, but also some people have an
aggressive behaviour.

12. 8 Apellidos Vascos
8 Apellidos Vascos is a Spanish
comedy film directed by Emilio
Martínez Lázaro. The film is starred
by Clara Lago (Amaia Zabala), Dani
Rovira (Rafael “Rafa” Quirós),

We enjoyed all the film and we laugh
a lot, but we think that it lasted it
takes very little.
We recommend the film because we
spend all the film laughing. It is a film
to watch with your family and
friends.

intimacy of women.

women that allow themselves being seen
naked by everybody.
This advert influences
men to buy the product. If a girl sees this
advert, she won’t buy it.
When we see this advert we think that they
are using the body of the woman. When we
share this type of photos with our friends we
are being part of a sexist publicity.
To stop this sexist publicity, when we receive
these photos we must not share them.
Nowadays, there are some adverts that are censored because of the image that
appears of the women.

16. Weekend’s weather
Friday:
The weather will be rainy in the
morning and in the evening the
weather will be better, although
cloudy. Thetemperatures will rise,
the maximum temperature will be 12
degrees and the minimum will be 5
degrees. At nightit will so cold that
we will not be able to leave home.
Saturday:
Well, Saturday’sweather will be
better than Friday’s weather. The
temperatures will reach up to 18
degrees and we will havea sunny day
with no wind or rain. At night
temperatures will come down a bit,
but the sky will be clear, which means
that we will have a very good Sunday.
Sunday:
On Sunday morning,we will have a
wonderfulweather, the sky will be
totally clear, without any clouds in it.
The temperature will be around 25
degrees, a perfect day to go to the
beach to sunbathe. Don’t forget your
sun tan lotion because there will be a
very strong sun. In the afternoon
temperatures will go down
