           Dear Sir/Madam,

                  1. Apropos your application for the post of Management Trainee (Admin) in our Company, we are pleased to invite you for GD and Interview with SAIL
                     Selection Board as per above schedule.
                  2. You are welcome to speak either in Hindi or English language during the Group Discussion/Interview.
                  3. Please bring the following documents with you :
                         a. This call letter.
                         b. Duly filled in Application Form (in four copies) with recent passport size photograph, TA claim and other relevant forms, which are to
                             be downloaded from SAIL website, career page.
                         c. Original Matriculation certificate issued by University/Board recording your date of birth with a self attested photocopy. No other documents will
                             be accepted for verification of date of birth.
                         d. Original certificate and mark sheet with a self attested photocopy of each in respect of the examination which qualifies you for
                             consideration, as specified in our advertisement for the post.
                         e. No Objection Certificate from your present employer, if you are employed in Central/State Government Department or Public Sector
                             Undertaking or Autonomous Body.
                          f. Original certificate in the prescribed format from Competent Authority with one attested copy if you belong to SC/ST/OBC and/or PWD
                             Category. No other document will be accepted in this regard. The prescribed formats are available on SAIL website, career page.

                     Please note that in the absence of any of the above certificates/documents, you will not be allowed to appear for GD/Interview and no
                     reimbursement of traveling expenses will be made.

                  4. Your candidature for the post under reference is subject to your fulfilling the eligibility conditions as advertised. If at any stage of selection, it is found
                     that you do not fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed for the post, your candidature will be cancelled.
                  5. In the event of your final selection, our offer of appointment will be subject to your being declared medically fit by the Company’s Medical Board.
                     Therefore, make sure that you conform to the minimum medical standards as specified in our advertisement. No relaxation is made in these standards.
                  6. . In the event of final selection, you will have to submit an undertaking that you will not seek transfer from your place of posting to other plants/units in
                     the first four years of service (two years in respect of departmental candidates, who will be posted at plant/unit other than their parent plant/unit).
                  7. We shall reimburse your traveling expenses to the extent of to and fro 3rd AC Rail Fare including reservation charges by the shortest route between
                     the place of interview and your address or the place from where you actually performed the journey, whichever is nearer. If the place is not connected
                     by rail, you will be reimbursed the actual bus fare. Payment of traveling expenses will be made in cash after the interview. For departmental candidates
                     the traveling expenses will be paid by the parent plant/unit as per rules.
