OK, Great, dunno… I’ll come back to that in a moment I feel privileged to be here today, among such a diverse and interesting group, both of attendees and presenters.. And I think that all of my colleagues presenting would share the challenge of wanting to recite an entire tolstoy novel, but only having the time for an elevator pitch, therefore what I intend to do is: Firstly, tell you some very high level things about what we do for the recruitment profession Secondly, give you a few quotes from a couple of our clients, and Then spend the next 45 minutes avoiding Louise while demonstrating Saber…!!!!!! Ok, failing that spend a minute or two showing briefly one of the Saber modules
This is what we do…This is our passion… to help you maximize your sales resource, to help you deliver improved revenues We understand Recruitment, Sales Performance and Software that maximizes these We don’t actively sell into other market sectors We don’t even sell to other areas of recruitment, just recruitment sales We don’t offer CRM, accounting or any other software, although we have great relationships with all of the relevant authors We certainly don’t offer financial services be it umbrella, IR35, or anything to do with AWD
This is important With this number of brands, we have implemented Saber in a massive number of differing environments and understand that one size does NOT fit all different cultures require totally different implementations, we have implemented in environments as diverse as: from Call Centre to Quiet From Trading Floor to reserved environments From Young to mature From Silly to Sensible, But also recruitment sales differs within sector You can’t implement the same solution in: High street as high tech Locum as Logistics Packing as professional Each has it’s own needs and requirements
As before Different sized clients more often than not require a different cultural and technological solution, as a totally useless piece of information, our average client is 43 recruiters, same as my age…
