Let us answer all these queries one by one if it really does align to the proper interpretation.
FIRST:
“On the camp-ground, when the mornings are cool, hot water or hot gruel should be provided.”

1) Cooking should be done on Friday (not Saturday)
2) On the camp-ground, when the mornings are cool (camp-ground)
The options are:
1) hot water (already seethe on Friday)
2) hot gruel (cereal - oat) – cereal or oath can be cooked by pouring of hot water seethe on Friday …
AGAIN no cooking involved..
REMEMBER this instruction is when we are in a camp-ground or camp meetings and etc…
SECOND:
“In winter, at our homes, the food previously cooked should be WARMED before it is eaten. “

1) In winter place FOOD cooked on FRIDAY ‘REHEATING / PAINITIN’ is allowed.
2) Nothing here stated we are allowed to COOK
THIRD:
“In warm weather this is unnecessary. “

1) The second instruction is NOT APPLICABLE for warm weather such as Philippines. (No cooking is allow

3) There is no problem here since this is emergency circumstances and doing GOOD upon the Sabbath is
acceptable unto good…(cooking instance)

1) Labor / work on Sabbath WILL ONLY NOT VIOLATION [IF] you will care for the sick.
2) Labor / work on Sabbath NO FOR THE SICK is Violation to Fourth Commandment

NOTE: This is an ADVISED of Sister White this is DIVINE PRINCIPLES.
This CUT quotation is deceiving if we don’t read the entire NOT chapter. Regarding the quotation Sister White
did not mean for Sabbath, but for daily basis let us read the entire Paragraph of this chapter.
“I would advise all to take something warm into the stomach EVERY MORNING at least. You can do this
without much labor. You can make graham gruel. If the graham flour is too coarse, sift it, and while the gruel
is hot, add milk. This will make a most palatable and healthful dish for the campground…”

IN SHORT: Quotation WRONGLY applied, we are talking about Sabbath COOKING not daily basis DO NOT

this up!! stay on what is WRITTEN !!
3) And for the dinner SOME KIND of food MAY BE WARMED – REHEATED no issue here.

3. “AMOUNT OF LABOR BEING EXERTED..mao nga no wonder why ingon siya nga,”
– FALLACY this is not what she MEANS in that STATEMENT!!
Here is the complete quotation in the Chapter:
“In OUR SANITARIUMS the family of patients, with the physicians, nurses, and helpers, must be fed upon the
Sabbath, as any other family, with AS LITTLE LABOR AS POSSIBLE. But our restaurants should not be opened
on the Sabbath”
BORE IN MIND:
1) This quotation “AS LITTLE LABOR AS POSSIBLE” is not applicable in Sabbath Cooking neither YOU CAN
read from ANY PREVIOUS QUOTATION stating ‘LITTLE LABOR’ it is just a total deception.
2) This quotation “AS LITTLE LABOR AS POSSIBLE” is for OUR SANITARIUMS doctors, nurses, helpers are
the one’s given this instruction.
