The Brand of We - The Ultimate Program for Transforming Employees into Brand ...jsrebs
This is a program developed by Aga Artka and Jenny Rebholz to help you leverage your greatest asset - Your People. It supports a corporate culture that encourages growth and happiness - A place people want to work. And it is an opportunity to support professional development for - Your leaders of tomorrow.
Inclusion and Diversity is a hot topic, intuitively we all know that it matters but what is done on a daily basis to encourage and tolerate differences in the business world? We know that business suffers when employees feel they can't bring their whole selves to work, that customers expect businesses to share their values and have a greater sense of purpose, that people want to work for companies that support and promotes differences for a better, stronger, happier environment.
Business is so influential in our culture, in our communities and in our collective understanding, that to endorse diversity and inclusion simply because it is good for business falls short. And it sends the message that the only reason we are pursuing corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives is because it is good for business…
That why at BD we cultivate a workplace where diverse backgrounds and perspectives are welcome and where employees feel comfortable discussing difficult issues and bring new outlooks to the table. Because by learning from each other we’re moving forward and progressing each day in addressing issues and bringing impactful propositions to our partners.
Check out how one of our new leader felt about the subject and why they selected BD for their next big adventure !
My time spent working with Fundación ASCIENDE is something I will continue to cherish and learn from for many years to come, and although I may no longer be in Santiago de Chile, I hope to continue to contribute to and assist the organization and any way that I can.

for are a perfect match with the education and experience I have to offer.
More specifically, I’d like to bring to your attention my education and experience in
Organizational Development, Event Management, Communications, Training and

In addition to my Training and Development education and experience, I also possess

multiple press releases. Additionally, I have been fully responsible for the task of

for highly recognizable and controversial political figures.
I’ve attached my resume for you to review. I am confident that after you've had a chance
to review my qualifications you will be in agreement that my skills, education and
experience will definitely be an asset to your organization. I would greatly appreciate the
