(a) As A senior Security Controller
(I) Principal & Accountability

includingemergencyevacuationplans.

well asotherssources.
14. Review daily,plannedmovementschedule andadvice the respectiveteamsonsecurityand
precautionary.

15. Notify the CompanyDirectorsandthe managementteamonanynew securityrelateddevelopments
and advice oncontingencyplans.
16. Provide the Commandingofficer/projectmanagerswithaweeklyandmonthlysecurityreport.And
where breachof securityhasoccurred,an IncidentSecurityReport istobe provided.
(b) As Credit Officer
1. Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions
about the process.
2. Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well
as the terms of those services
3. Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of
granting loans.
Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals
4. Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to
management for approval
5. Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements,
and other financial information.
6. Review and update credit and loan files.
7. Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
8. Compute payment schedules.
9. Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better
meet customers' need.
10. Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
11. Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet
customers' needs.
12. Supervise loan personnel.
13. Set credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior
managers.
14. Provide special services such as investment banking for clients with more specialized
needs.
15 Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for
6. loans.
16. Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent and forward
irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
17. Arrange for maintenance and liquidation of delinquent properties.
(c)Internshipstudent (cashier).
1. Establish an exciting and welcoming affair for prospective clients on entering the bank
2. Supervise debit, credit or cash transactions, as well as other forms of payments within the
bank
3. Review cash accounts on a daily basis
4. Supply clients with relevant information on products and services available in the bank
5. List all promotions and relay them to customers
6. Resolve customer issues pertaining to products and services
6. Manage exchanges and returns, taking into account the bank’s procedures on such matters
7. Maintain an extensive report on daily, weekly, and monthly transactions
8. Supply information that will enable the bank to know the products and services which are
Successful and those which should be discontinued
9. Provide support for the bank in facilitating the training of newly hired cashiers.
(D) Security Officer Supervisor
1. Managing the Security Team
Makes sure that all the officers have reported to work and are assigned duties also organizes
the work schedule, including the officers' rotations and breaks. At the beginning of the shift, the
security officer supervisor inspects the team to ensure they are wearing their uniforms properly
and have all of their equipment. Briefs the security team at the beginning of a new shift to
update them on developments since the last shift and shares information about any security
concerns.
2. Writing and Submitting Reports
Document all the daily occurrences within the security department. This includes recording all
the people who visited the property, with the time they came in and when they left. The
security officer supervisor also receives verbal and written reports from subordinates and takes
7. any follow up actions that are needed. He also uses this information to compile comprehensive
security reports for management.
3. Provision of Security
To protect the property and people and do this by conducting routine patrols with security
team, looking out for any suspicious persons, fires, vandalismor hazards. He also ensures that
all the doors and windows are locked to prevent any unlawful entry and responds to any
distress calls and alarms. It is his duty to ensure all the security systems, such as the CCTV and
burglar alarms, are working properly and reports any breakdowns of the security systems to
managemen
4. Maintaining Law and Order
To investigate any suspicious activities that takes place. Also to report unlawful activities such
as theft or vandalismto law enforcement officers for further action. If he finds any trespassers
or criminals during routine patrols, he detains them andcalls the police.
