Molloy College is proud to announce that it will offer rugby scholarships beginning this fall to both men and women. The Molloy College Rugby Football Club was established in 2005 to provide non-varsity athletes an opportunity to continue playing rugby. Both the men's and women's rugby teams have earned playoff berths in their league and serve as model student organizations on campus. rugby scholarships beginning this
Fall. These scholarships will be
awarded to both men and women.
established in 2005, the Molloy College
Rugby Football Club is designed to give
non-varsity athletes an opportunity to
continue their athletic careers. As a member
of the Metropolitan New york Rugby
Union, the squad competes against other
universities located throughout the tri-state
area. The tremendous success of the men’s
club led to the creation of a women’s team
in 2008. Under the direction of Coaches
Brendan Droge and Scott Salvato, both
clubs have earned Met Union playoff berths
and asserted themselves as model student
organizations on the Molloy College
campus.
