Complaint wrongly closed by Department of Justice Government of India. Matter is not under judicial consideration because it is not listed before judge and no judicial order has been passed so far.
Kindly note that the complaint was lodged against the corrupt officers of Supreme Court of India indulging into malpractices. These officers are suppressing the record of party-in-persons and only focusing on Advocates case to list before the judge hence denying access to justice for all. This complaint was against the "LISTING".

Complaint against "Case Listing " section of Supreme Court of India
An miscellaneous criminal application "M.A. 583/2020 in Writ Petition (Criminal) 136/2016" for enforcement of Fundamental Rights
and Justice for Late Srmt. Asha Rani Devi has been turned down twice dated 17.03.2020 and 28.03.2020 by Mentioning o icer of
Supreme Court of India. As a result of that petitioner has been stranded in the Lock down and COVID-19 outbreak at the Night
shelter of Delhi.
Therea er, petitioner tried to file an application for Early Hearing through e-filing but provisional ID was not generated against his
application due to non payment of fees.
Ironically, petitioner saw at the website of Supreme Court of India by chance and found that the case status was showing next date
of hearing on 08.06.2020 and 09.06.2020 tentatively without any NOTICE or intimation to the petitioner.
To overcome the issue of online payment for e-filing, petitioner has filed an Application for Written Arguments vide D.NO. 52123
dated 05.06.2020 o line through party-in-person counter no.18 at Supreme Court of India.
Under the above circumstances, petitioner requests you to process the above noted application for enforcement of Fundamental
Rights and justice for Late Srmt. Asha Rani Devi for urgent hearing during Lock down and COVID-19 outbreak.
