If I needed to be questioned by the Police
because I saw a robbery I would like to be
questioned where it took place, where I saw it.
Talk sensibly to me, give me thinking time,
don’t give me silly long words.
If I don’t look like I understand say it in
different way.
Check back with me to see that I
have understood.
Give me breaks between talking.

Rehearse the order of your messages
Never Apologize
Imagine yourself giving a great speech.
Focus on your message and not yourself.
