The document provides an overview of the book of Romans from the New Testament. It discusses key topics that Paul addresses such as salvation only coming through faith in God, the universality of sin, and how all are judged according to God's law. It also summarizes Romans' teachings on grace, predestination, struggling against sin and flesh, and sharing the gift of salvation with others through using spiritual gifts and not judging others.

Don't be surprised when -- not if -- you find yourself suffering in God's will -- This will happen! You are folllowing Christ's example of reproving the world with a love for them that hates sin enough to suffer. Paul said that in suffering, you're in God's death-to-Life march, on display for the world to marvel at. So prepare and consider proper suffering the honor it is, that is to be rewarded by Him.
Right of Justice and Judgement was not given to souls. It is the sole prerogative of God for which He created His Karmic Law.
His Karmic Law works on the principle of Upliftment of soul. If we are keen to realize our Father then we must stop judging others and also stop seeking justice for wrong done to us.
When we will forgive others, God will forgive our trespasses to His Law.
Do you not know: we are baptized into Jesus' death, you are a slave of sin or righteousness, as Christians we are dead to the law, the spirit of God dwells in you, a little sin spreads through the whole body, saints will judge the world, the unrighteous will not be in heaven, those who preach the gospel deserve payment, we should run the christian race to win, Christ in in you, friendship with the world is enmity with God.

In the first section we saw that our salvation and sanctification are from the gift of Christ and all gifts of Christ are communicated to us and given to us by the Spirit of Christ – The Holy Spirit.
IT IS ALL ABOUT THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN HEART OF MANKIND BASED ON THE FINISHED WORK OF JESUS CHRIST ON THE CROSS AT CALVARY & ITS BENEFITS FOR MANKIND
Part of the outworking of our regeneration by God through the acts of the Holy Spirit is our salvation and sanctification.
Regeneration means to be renewed, reformed, or reconstituted; to have a spiritual rebirth (be spiritually reborn) “Born Again”; to cause to be completely reformed or improved and to grow anew (a part to replace one hurt or lost).
Two Major Aspects of Our Redemption
Firstly, the forgiveness of our sins
The aspect of the work of our Lord Jesus which is represented by ‘the Blood’ shed for our justification through “the remission of sins”.
And secondly our deliverance from Sin
The aspect of His work represented by ‘the Cross’: That is to say, by our union with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. We have been “crucified” with Christ.

Slide 2: Introduction to Mindfulness
Mindfulness, defined as the conscious, non-judgmental observation of the present moment, has deep roots in Buddhist meditation practice but has gained significant popularity in the Western world in recent years. In today's society, filled with distractions and constant stimuli, mindfulness offers a valuable tool for regaining inner peace and reconnecting with our true selves. By cultivating mindfulness, we can develop a heightened awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, leading to a greater sense of clarity and presence in our daily lives.
Slide 3: Benefits of Mindfulness for Mental Well-being
Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, improving overall quality of life.
Mindfulness increases awareness of our emotions and teaches us to manage them better, leading to improved mood.
Regular mindfulness practice can improve our ability to concentrate and focus our attention on the present moment.
Slide 4: Benefits of Mindfulness for Physical Health
Research has shown that practicing mindfulness can contribute to lowering blood pressure, which is beneficial for heart health.
Regular meditation and mindfulness practice can strengthen the immune system, aiding the body in fighting infections.
Mindfulness may help reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and obesity by reducing stress and improving overall lifestyle habits.
Slide 5: Impact of Mindfulness on Relationships
Mindfulness can help us better understand others and improve communication, leading to healthier relationships.
By focusing on the present moment and being fully attentive, mindfulness helps build stronger and more authentic connections with others.
Mindfulness teaches us how to be present for others in difficult times, leading to increased compassion and understanding.
Slide 6: Mindfulness Techniques and Practices
Focusing on the breath and mindful breathing can be a simple way to enter a state of mindfulness.
Body scan meditation involves focusing on different parts of the body, paying attention to any sensations and feelings.
Practicing mindful walking and eating involves consciously focusing on each step or bite, with full attention to sensory experiences.
Slide 7: Incorporating Mindfulness into Daily Life

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

5. I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the
mercies of God, to present your bodies as a
living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God,
which is your spiritual worship.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be
transformed by the renewal of your mind,
that by testing you may discern what is the will
of God, what is good and acceptable and
perfect. Romans 12:1,2
6. Apostle Paul wrote it roughly about 56-57
A.D.
Romans answers questions such as salvation,
predestination, God’s sovereignty, judgment,
spiritual growth, righteousness of God, etc.
Paul highlights salvation only through faith in
God’s righteousness: "I am not ashamed of
the gospel, because it is the power of God for
the salvation of everyone who believes... "
(1:16).
7. Following are key questions answered in Romans:
Why believe?
What happens to real nice guys who don’t?
What is grace?
If God has already predestined us, where does
the individual’s role come in?
Why suffering?
How to discipline our flesh?
If Paul himself is struggling to control his flesh,
what message does it give us?
8. Paul stresses the universality of sin:
“None is righteous, no, not one”; Romans
3:10
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory
of God. Romans 3:23
9. All who have sinned under the law will be
judged by the law Romans 5:12b
10. Rom 11:4 But what is the divine response to
him? “I have kept for Myself seven thousand
men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.” 5
In the same way then, there has also
come to be at the present time a
remnant according to God’s gracious
choice. 6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer
on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no
longer grace.
11. Rom 5:12 For all who have sinned without
the law will also perish without the law,
and all who have sinned under the law will be
judged by the law. 13 For it is not the hearers of
the law who are righteous before God, but the
doers of the law who will be justified. 14 For
when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by
nature do what the law requires, they are a law
to themselves, even though they do not have
the law.
12. Rom 5:15 They show that the work of the
law is written on their hearts, while
conscience also bears witness, and
their conflicting thoughts accuse or
even excuse them 16 on that day
when, according to my gospel, God judges the
secrets of men by Christ Jesus.

Called Justified Glorified
Predestination is based on foreknowledge.
God knows in advance the choices we will
make in our lives
Based on that knowledge He chooses and
calls those who will choose Him.
17. Romans 5:17 For if, because of one man's
trespass, death reigned through that one man,
much more will those who receive the
abundance of grace and the free gift of
righteousness reign in life through the one
man Jesus Christ.
18. Rom 4:4 Now to the one who works, his
wages are not counted as a gift but as
his due. 5 And to the one who does not
work but believes in him who justifies
the ungodly, his faith is counted as
righteousness.
19. Rom 7:6 But now we are released
from the law, having died to that
which held us captive, so that we
serve in the new way of the Spirit
and not in the old way of the
written code.
20. As discussed earlier, grace is not licence to sin, it
is freedom from sin.
Level of sin reduces level of grace in our lives.
To increase grace in our lives, we need to be
constantly on our knees asking forgiveness from
God.

22. Rom 12:1
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by
the mercies of God, to present your
bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and
acceptable to God, which is your
spiritual worship.
SACRIFICE IS WORSHIP
23. Romans 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your
mortal body, to make you obey its
passions. 13 Do not present your members to
sin as instruments for unrighteousness,
but present yourselves to God as those
who have been brought from death to
life, and your members to God as
instruments for
righteousness. 14 For sin will have no
dominion over you, since you are not under law
but under grace.
24. Rom 12:2 Do not be conformed to this
world, but be transformed by the
renewal of your mind, that by testing
you may discern what is the will of God,
what is good and acceptable and
perfect.
27. Romans 8:26In the same way the Spirit also
helps our weakness; for we do not know
how to pray as we should, but the Spirit
Himself intercedes for us with groanings
too deep for words; 27and He who searches
the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is,
because He intercedes for the saints according
to the will of God.
28. Romans 7:24 Wretched man that I am! Who will
deliver me from this body of death? 25 Thanks
be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So
then, I myself serve the law of God with
my mind, but with my flesh I serve the
law of sin.
31. Rom 5:3 …… we rejoice in our sufferings,
knowing that suffering produces
endurance, 4 and endurance produces
character, and character produces
hope, 5 and hope does not put us to shame,
because God's love has been poured into
our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has
been given to us.
33. Romans 10:14 How then will they call on Him in whom they
have not believed? How will they believe in
Him whom they have not heard? And how will they
hear without a preacher? 15 How will they preach unless they
are sent? Just as it is written, “HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET
OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!”
34. Romans 12:6 Having gifts that differ according
to the grace given to us, let us use them: if
prophecy, in proportion to our
faith; 7 if service, in our serving; the one who
teaches, in his teaching; 8 the one who exhorts,
in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in
generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the
one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

35. Romans 12:9 Love must be
sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to
what is good. 10 Be devoted to one
another in love. Honor one another
above yourselves.
36. So let's stop condemning each other. Decide instead to live in
such a way that you will not cause an other believer to
stumble and fall. Rom 14:13 NLT.
What does the picture below indicate the futility of judging
others?
37. The difference between
the best saint and worst
sinner is largely at the
faith level. At the sin level
the difference is hairline
in front of God’s
righteousness.
38. Rom 16:17 I appeal to you, brothers, to watch
out for those who cause divisions and create
obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you
have been taught; avoid them. 18 For such
persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their
own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery
they deceive the hearts of the naive. 19 For your
obedience is known to all, so that I rejoice over
you, but I want you to be wise as to what is
good and innocent as to what is evil.
