tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. Lavonda is good about meeting her
goals, cares and respects company information.
Lavonda consistently sets a positive example for others. For example, she consistently
engages the members making them feel important while relaying information, on
permanent! special promotions, and thanking members. She consistently performs her
work with efficiency and high energy. Has the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and
adapt to change. She is friendly, outgoing, courteous to others, and calm under stress.
Lavonda asks questions to gain clarification and enjoys the challenges of the learning
new things. Comes to work each day with a positive attitude, ensures members are being
serviced with exceptional members service. Is proactive to help members, keeps the
register area clean and ensures the packer is keeping her line moving, and is show time
ready.
Though she is an asset to our front end department, Lavonda is also extraordinarily
helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to cashiering, she assist the closing
supervisor with nightly sales audit, assist membership with executive upgrade and the
refer a friend program, while inspiring and motivating other employees.
I highly recommend Lavonda for employment. She is a team player and would make a
great asset to any organization.
