Senior Communications Manager
 Performed technical assistance and training for over 500 user owned and operated automated telecommunication
computer systems, video teleconference equipment (VTC), local area networks and routers; radio communications,
support electronic equipment, satellite radio, and communications equipmen
 Managed the accountability and maintenance of $1M in organizational equipment with zero loss; resulted in a 6%
reduction of fraud, waste and abuse while successfully repairing damaged equipment to free– up 22% of the annual
budget
 Installed, operated, maintained and troubleshot Tandberg, Cisco endpoints, Christie, AMX, Clear One equipment,
designated radio, wire, cable and data distribution systems and terminal devices
