2. Robotnik Computer Service
• This service is designed to address the problem of the lack of periodic
maintenance, back-ups, and software security. It is like having your own IT
department at a reduced rate.

3. Robotnik Computer Service
• We will always be on the look-out for newer technology, to ensure your
systems stay current, and we will handle all calls to your providers
regarding technical issues with your services.

4. The Service Details
• 12 months of scheduled maintenance with 20 minutes of service each
month per computer.
• All systems optimized
• Remote tech assistance
• Software updates will be performed, including anti-virus, anti-spy, and
Windows applications
• Complete monthly virus and spyware scans and ensure automatic
scans and updates are configured

5. • Problems incurred outside of your scheduled monthly maintenance will
be responded to within 6 business hours of the call and a fee will apply
• Verify network printers and check that network resources are
functioning properly
• Short phone calls and e-mail support will be provided free under the
Service Agreement. We will address any problems brought to our
attention by our contact with your organization on a monthly basis and
a monthly report will be issued to track concerns and all maintenance
performed
• One planned visit per year where IT requirements for the new year will
be discussed and detailed

7. Extra hours that are required in addition to the “Service Block”
This will happen occasionally and you will be invoiced for the extra hours at the
reduced rate of $55/hour within the 12 month time frame
