From the date the product is sold to an end-user for the
first time, as evidenced by the original proof of purchase,
Simplicit-e Technologies warrants the product is free from
defects in materials and workmanship (“Defect”) as
follows:
• Twelve (12) months for the main device
• Nine (9) months for accessories sold separately or
included in the sales pack of the main device including:
- batteries
- covers
- cables
- chargers
Online Service Platform
Simplicit-e Technologies offer an online platform for users
to book their devices in for repairs therefore increasing
service delivery.
Simplicit-e Technologies also provides an OS version
software update for users through the online platform to
update their devices free of charge at selected outlets.
These outlets provide self-help stations as well as in-store
assistance.
19. Repair Service
Simplicit-e Technologies provides customers with repair
services for mobile phones, tablet devices, water damage,
physical damage, software issues, reception problems,
charging issues, replacement housing and inspection reports.
As our client base grows, our repair centres that use our
custom built software will grow to ensure we have complete
control of all devices throughout the repair lifecycle.
This, along with strict and enforced timelines, allows our
customers to have peace of mind that we will do our utmost to
keep costs to a minimum.
Repair Service
Simplicit-e Technologies can provide repairs completed by
our technicians in our workshops with a turnaround time of
one (1) to ten (10) days depending on the extent of the
damage the device has incurred.
As most other repair centres have a turnaround time of
approximately three (3) weeks or more, consumers will
enjoy the benefits of receiving repaired devices in a timely
manner maximising customer satisfaction.
In addition to this, we are able to supply an inspection
report and quote within two (2) days of receipt of a
device if requested by a client
20. Consumer Loyalty Program
Simplicit-e will also be launching a consumer Loyalty
program that rewards users who continually support the
brand.
This program gives back to the consumer by offering
discounted and free products and services, and also
provides the consumer with a platform to interact with the

Consumer Loyalty Services also includes

Extended Service Plan for Your Mobile Solution
As a customer with Simplicit-e Technologies, you can expect a
high level of service on your mobile devices.
While the Basic Service Level Agreement (SLA) is fully adequate
for most customers, we also include an extended Service Level
Agreements to customers for peace of mind 24/7.
Should you require our assistance outside of regular business
hours or need extended options for reporting faulty phones or
signal outages; the extended Service Level Agreement kicks in.
