Robin has been assigned as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the TOPS 2020 Program for ABN Amro International. He is responsible for determining which servers & applications are target for the TOPS 2020 program. He is also responsible for the communication with the different stakeholders.

Robin has worked as Technical Project Manager for the Shell Global Account. He is responsible to produce, agree, and monitor projects technical deployment plans according to strict deadlines in complex projects environments. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party consultants in order to deliver several migration projects according to plan. 
As a Technical Project Manager he is accountable for constant liaison with internal technical teams, partners and suppliers and other various Shell personnel in terms of effective coordination and execution of joint efforts. As a technical Project Manager he organized and managed technical resources according to the plans agreed and will ensure the desired levels of Acceptance put by Shell and T-Systems are achieved. SharePoint External Access provides access to all Shell SharePoint services (including FAST) using a perimeter control device (UAG) and a third party Identity Provider, or IdP. The IdP is responsible for maintaining information about the External User’s identity and authenticates the External User to allow the user to access Shell SharePoint. The External Access solution controls access to Shell’s SharePoint environments (DCS and BPOS). Specific user rights (authorization) are not enforced by the External Access solution, but by the SharePoint platform itself. External Access offers an authentication solution only, with the exception that the user is authorized for specific URLs (web apps); control over access to a given site or site collection is then controlled by the SharePoint platform (identical to internal users). 
To verify that the solution was secure enough Multiple Pentest according to the Orange Book Securtity standards where performed. Tools: MS Project, Jira, Kanban Third-Party Suppliers: Cognizant, Covisint (Identity Provider) & AT&T (network and routing)

The Objective of this project is to commission the ISP suppliers (T-Systems and AT&T) to carry out a survey of the network devices and servers to determine ability to take over support of the equipment.

Equens is one of the largest payment processors in Europe. With advanced systems, competitive services, they provide all the needs of dynamic, European payments market. Equens has offices in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy since 2011. To work more efficiently and cost-effective Equens has decided to consolidate the Dutch and Italian application that are hosted on the HP Non-Stop systems. 
Robin was selected for this program as Project Manager IT deliverables. He led a team consisted of several expert groups (HP Non-Stop, engineering, network management, security and control, vendors and application management). He also had regular contact with his Italian colleagues.

Equens is one of the largest payment processors in Europe. With advanced systems, competitive services, they provide all the needs of dynamic, European payments market. Equens has offices in the Netherlands and Germany. In 2009, Equens agreements with VISA and MasterCard that are in size 2011 will be PCI DSS compliant. PCI DSS is the international security standard where people have ensure that the credit card information is safe. This program worked for all teams with Corporate IT. 
Robin was selected for this program as Project Manager to deliver the deliverables for several expert groups (Wintel, Hypervisor and HP Non-Stop). He led a team consisted of several expert groups (HP Non-Stop, Engineering, and Wintel, Hypervisor). His team delivered following deliverables (work instructions, evidence scripts, tooling and migrate several system to a new vlan) to comply with the PCI DSS standard.

Period September 2008 - April 2010 Company Equens Role Project Manager Project Data Centre Migration Wintel and Hypervisor 
Equens is one of the largest payment processors in Europe. With advanced systems, competitive services, they provide all the needs of dynamic, European payments market. Equens has offices in the Netherlands and Germany. Equens in 2008 decided to move to Twin Data Center solution, rather than on-site data centers. The Wintel and the hypervisor systems needed to be moved to the new Data Centre. 
Robin was responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the migration of the Wintel and Hypervisor systems. His team (9 FTE) used different technical solutions. The virtual servers where moved without any downtime by using the Vmotion Technology. The hardware migration were planned and communicated with the stakeholders

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment have deployed a new desktop environment in the period of May and August. 
Robin was as a technical project leader responsible for the rollout of the smaller locations. For this he and his team (4 FTE) determined the current situation (IST) and determined the future situation (SOLL),and thought of technical solutions for special hardware and software.

Tele2 Netherlands BV is one of the largest communications companies in the Netherlands . The company started in 1997 as low cost provider in the Dutch telephony market and has over twelve years evolved into a supplier of communication solutions. In 2005, Tele2 Versatel, the company acquired and therefore invested in a home network. Because Tele 2 in 2007 has grown bigger their old backup environment did not meet the requirements and needed to replaced. 
Robin work with a team of engineers that worked on the Windows and Unix environments, where different Oracle databases being managed. He has also made several Investment Proposals. Robin was the right hand of the IT Operations Manager responsible for Infrastructure within the Telecom provider

In 2009, Equens agreements with VISA and MasterCard that are in size 2011 will be PCI DSS compliant. PCI DSS is the international security standard where people have ensure that the credit card information is safe. This program worked for all teams with Corporate IT. Robin was selected for this program as Project Manager to deliver the deliverables for several expert groups (Wintel, Hypervisor and HP Non-Stop). He led a team consisted of several expert groups (HP Non-Stop, Engineering, and Wintel, Hypervisor). His team delivered following deliverables (work instructions, evidence scripts, tooling and migrate several system to a new vlan) to comply with the PCI DSS standard.

With advanced systems, competitive services, they provide all the needs of dynamic, European payments market. Equens has offices in the Netherlands and Germany. Equens in 2008 decided to move to Twin Data Center solution, rather than on-site data centers. The Wintel and the hypervisor systems needed to be moved to the new Data Centre. Robin was responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the migration of the Wintel and Hypervisor systems. His team (9 FTE) used different technical solutions. The virtual servers where moved without any downtime by using the Vmotion Technology. The hardware migration were planned and communicated with the stakeholders He work of Robin consisted of: • Writing Project Plan • Team Meetings • communication plan • Inform stakeholders and escalate where necessary • Writing High Light Reports • Managing staff • Requirements to obtain and verify the suppliers and senior Senior User • Monitoring the planning and budget • Creating an exception report • Transfer to the line for deployment • Attend CAB on actions that took place at the weekend • Contact with Third Parties In April 2010 all servers where moved to the new environment Period April 2008 – September 008 Company Ministry of Social Affairs Role Technical Project Lead Project Deployment of the new desktop environment The Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment have deployed a new desktop environment in the period of May and August. Robin was as a technical project leader responsible for the rollout of the smaller locations. For this he and his team (4 FTE) determined the current situation (IST) and determined the future situation (SOLL),and thought of technical solutions for special hardware and software.

The company started in 1997 as low cost provider in the Dutch telephony market and has over twelve years evolved into a supplier of communication solutions. In 2005, Tele2 Versatel, the company acquired and therefore invested in a home network. Because Tele 2 in 2007 has grown bigger their old backup environment did not meet the requirements and needed to replaced. Robin work with a team of engineers that worked on the Windows and Unix environments, where different Oracle databases being managed. He has also made several Investment Proposals.
