Rob Raschke – Profile
Overview:
After an extensive history in media, particularly television media, I am currently taking a sabbatical to
consider my next career move. I am seeking to leverage the experiences I have had over many decades
in senior leadership, towards a challenging, face moving organisation or environment that is
experiencing change and disruption.
Personality Fit:
The Hogan Insight ® profile confirms that I am an optimistic and resilient leader, who looks to the
future and is comfortable with change and complexity. I have a natural strategic orientation, and a
strong capacity to lead through disruption. At the heart of my success has been a focus on leading
large and successful teams of professionals, collaborating effectively under pressure to produce strong
business results.
I am naturally customer-focused, and set high standards for performance encouraging others to follow.
I am tactful, but can deliver direct feedback when required, and strive to achieve goals including
financial results. As a senior executive, I achieve results through collaboration with people, with a
natural focus on bringing out the best in others. I embrace data in decision-making but can also use
intuition when required in most complex or ambiguous circumstance.

 leading a large team towards collaborative results
 operating in an autonomous environments where I can make/own decisions
 undertaking pressurised roles which require a cool head and resilient response
 taking a team towards high performance and synergy

 undertaking strategic, future facing roles
 in an Industry/organisation facing disruption

I would be an excellent fit for a role that
 has decision making discretion and accountability
 is influential and where I can foster high performance in teams
 involves navigating unchartered waters where there is no rule book
 offers challenges that others see as negative, but where I see opportunity
 involves a fast moving digital environment where change is a constant
 involves building pride in individual team members
