Smart Home (1)



        A smart home is a home in which devices and objects are equipped with advanced ICT
         hardware/software systems
                      to allow easy & future-proof operation and control
                      both locally and remotely
                      both individually and networked with each other
               so that the inhabitants (young or old, fully or less able) can
                      monitor and save energy
                      increase their comfort level
                      enjoy better safety and security

             household appliances
             lighting elements
             consumer electronics (for leisure, health, assisted living,…)
             security systems (access control,…)
             safety systems (fire, natural disasters,...)
