RNC Anchors Inc. (“RNC”) warrants its Anchor Products to the Owner (see
details above) for a period of ____ years from the date of installation in
accordance with the following.
1. Safety Factor
RNC’s family of Anchor Products is engineered to handle a load of 5,000
lbs. with a safety factor of at least 2.
2. Defects in Materials and Workmanship
In the event that any of RNC’s Anchor Products are found to be defective
in materials and workmanship within the said 20-year warranty period
RNC will repair or replace such defective Product or part thereof free of
charge.
3. Installation
RNC’s Anchor Product must be properly installed by RNC or by an RNC
approved installer in accordance with RNC’s installation instructions.

2. RNC’s warranty is rendered null and void in the event that RNC’s Anchor
Product has not been so installed.
4. Maintenance
RNC’s Anchor Products must be properly inspected twice a year – in the
Spring after the end of Winter and in the Fall before the first snowfall. This
inspection must ensure that the Anchor Product is in good condition and
that no elements have been damaged or loosened – e.g. roof condition,
bolts. Defects so identified must be professionally corrected in a timely
manner.
5. Other Factors
RNC’s warranty is rendered null and void if
(a) RNC’s Anchor Product has been damaged, abused, misused,
improperly repaired or modified, overloaded, not properly
maintained, or suffered a natural calamity, or
(b) that part of the roof to which RNC’s Anchor Product has been
attached has been damaged or deformed.
6. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
In no event will RNC or its affiliates, or their officers, employees, agents,
suppliers, Installers or distributors, be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to
lost revenue, building damage, or other commercial or economic loss,
arising out of or relating to any breach of this agreement, even if RNC has
been advised of the possibility of such damage or claim.
7. Notification
In the unlikely event that there is a warranty claim for an RNC Anchor
Product failure, RNC must be notified in writing within 30 days of such
failure.
RNC’s obligations under this Warranty represent the full extent of RNC’s liability
for, or arising out of, the supply of RNC Anchor Products.
