2. Situation analysis
April 15, 2013: Two bombs explode in the packed streets
near the finish line of the Boston Marathon at 2:49 p.m.
There were more than 25,000 registered entrants in the
marathon.
Two spectators were killed. Suspicions for 12 dead people and
dozens injured.
The area has been blocked by police forces, the fire
department and first aid.
The authorities are considering ιt may be a terrorist attack.
3. Class I level of crisis, it’s an emergency, and
time is against us so we need to act
immediately.

Yes, many people have already been injured, some of them are dead!

what happened?
Yes, many media correspondents were in the place that the explosion took
place and of course the principles were immediately alerted!
O Is there any evidence proving that a real danger exists?
Yes, two bombs ripped through the crowd!
O Were there any warnings before the incident happened?
No, as far as we know , there wasn’t something that could make us believe
an action like this is going to come up!
