2. Warranty
• PV panels we install are warranted to produce 80% of their factory rated
power 25 years after installation. We typically use US manufactured
product from Sanyo, Sharp, SOLON and Solyndra.
• Solar One Energy provides a one-year warranty for workmanship. We can
arrange longer warranties if required.
• Inverters warranty is to be determined – they have from 5 to 10 year
warranties depending on manufacturer. We need to engineer the right
specifications for the inverter into this system.
3. Images Showing Select Features From Installations
Attachment to beams, proper sealant techniques and products and neat orderly work is critical for
a good installation. We can field up to six three person install teams with PV trained and experienced
in-house supervisors.
Note the neat installation, no wiring hanging down, neatly aligned rows of modules. This
is a reflective “Bi-Facial” Sanyo system absorbing light on both sides.
4. This install passed ConEd inspections, UL Field Inspections (required by NYC), NYC
Building Dept Electric Inspection, NYSERDA inspections and NYC Planning Inspection.
All New York City Projects must go through these inspections.
An example of a system with two Inverters – again neatness and adherence to NEC code
and NYC requirements, especially grounding, is critical.
5. This is an example of a composition roof. We are OSHA trained and comply with their
regulations, such as harnesses and clean work environments. Again, neatness and
workmanlike approaches yield good installations.
An example of how we can hide wiring and keep installations neat and functioning well
over time.
6. An example of Solyndra PV, which does not require ballast.
Solyndra Array on reflective roof. When installed with reflective roof, the roof is also
qualified for 30% Federal Tax Grant benefit in addition to the PV.
