This document summarizes the results of a risk identification and assessment process conducted for a student camping trip. A variety of potential risks were identified through different techniques and then evaluated based on probability and impact. The top five most important risks identified were: student gets lost during the camp, sexual abuse, accident during swimming activity, accident during boating activity, and accident during hiking.
