SUMMARY/INTRODUCTION
Leader. Critical thinker.Motivator&Encourager.Ibegin with these words to concisely introduce
myself and what some of my intangible qualities are. Though my resume shows the tangible roles in which
I have had in the past/present, it's a very limited snapshot of whoI am, what I have
experienced/accomplished and what I bring to the table. The early academic years of my life show the
story of a hard working National Honor Society scholar-athlete, fullscholarship Division I footballplayer
that became a team captain, USA Today PositivePerformer with many other honors including Academic
All-MAC. My professional journey began in the Corporate arena withimmediate leadership and high
performance expectations and opportunities. After making a number of relocations and therefore being
forcedto make some tough career changes I began to hone in on my natural ability and passion to lead.
This skill was displayed & highlighted through managing, collaborating, coachingand mentoring adults and
the youth. Though I am open to different opportunities I am focused on finding the right organization,
culture and visionary leadership that I can passionately pour my time, energy and creativity into. A multi-
tasker by nature and coined as a “Renaissance Man” that lovesto positively impact my colleagues,
community, family and our society as a whole.
