2. • The Jewish Federations of North America is made up of
over 150 federations, all of which ensure support, social
services, and lifesaving humanitarian relief are given to
Jewish communities across the world in over 70 different
countries.

3. • Over the years, the Jewish Federations of North
America have helped raise more than $3 billion per year
for social services, educational needs, and social welfare.

connections between the Jewish State and the global
Jewish community so that their bond is strengthened.

Connection
recognizes that one
in every five Israeli
families live in
poverty and know
this needs to
change.
• So, members of the
Federation provide
resources and safety
for Israeli families in
distress.

10. • By mobilizing networks at home and overseas, the
Federation is able to quickly help these families out,
especially when Israel is threatened.

11. • Throughout the years the Federation has helped millions of
immigrants make the move to Israel to start new lives. Last year
26,000 immigrants were able to do so - and that’s just in one year.
