DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Material Controller ( Piping )
 Knowledge in ISO Drawing.
 Receiving and Issuance of piping material such as pipes, fittings, valves, fire alarm system,
motorized operating valve, spool, strainers, pipe support, angle bar, tube bar, I beam, and
orifice.
 Support Fabrication shop.
 Update receiving of stored items.
 Paint shop request.
QC Piping Inspector
 Understand ISO drawing.
 Check Material Traceability include applicable Code, Grade, Heat Number(HCN), and Size.
 Check square ness, length, joint number marking, welder joint marker, and spool tag
number.
 Check welding weave bead.
 Check preheat and inter past temperature as per WPS Number requirement for grove and
fillet joint.
 Check cleaning method, brushing and grinding.

3. Pre Commissioning and Commissioning
 Support Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Team in preparing material.
 Responsible for receives and Inspect Material upon arrival.
 Issuing of material for sub-contractor.
 Checking , Inspect of Construction, Commissioning and Special Tools and Hand over 2 years
Spare Parts for the client.
 Check packaging list and visually inspect for damages.
 Arrange and organized the material for every department. Piping, Mechanical, Electrical And
Instrument
 Updating and encoding of MRR , ESDR,RFI and MIS.
 Ensure hazardous material with MSDS is handled stored and identified in accordance with
applicable directives.
 Ensure all storage location is identified properly.
 Check document of goods, qualities, damages all received material & updated
in computer system.
 Checking quantity and quality compliance with Delivery notes.
 Assisting Q.C On Material verification.
 Maintain records and documents regarding the receipt and delivery of goods and materials.
 Knowledge of Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Instrument Material.
Storekeeper/Purchasing Officer
 Supervising and handles the complete inwards and outwards movement of materials from
the store.
 Preparing stock records and conducting routine inspection for the pass moving materials to
ensure the availability of stock at the warehouse. Identifying new and better space saving
technique methods for good identification storage and movements.
 Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and any Inventory package such as System
Application Product, Microsoft Access, DJ Edward.
 Knowledge in material specification local and foreign market.
Quality Assurance Inspector
 To perform quality control inspection incoming raw materials, in process product, customer
complaint samples.
 Know the quality check procedure.
 100% sampling inspection. Standardization of product specification.
 Make report of all rejection for evaluation.
 Knowing the 7 QC tools.
 Ability to used and understand all testing equipment and tools such as Micro meter caliper,
and Vernier Caliper
 Performs audit and daily inspection to ensure quality of product and materials are in
conformance to specifications. Interprets national and international codes/standards
relevant to product.
